Welcome to this sacred moment of balance and transition,

The autumn equinox.

It's the day when daylight and darkness are in perfect harmony,

Reminding you of the natural rhythm of letting go and turning inward.

Across cultures,

The autumn equinox is a time of harvest,

Gratitude,

And release,

An invitation to pause,

Reflect,

And realign.

Let's honor this shift together in stillness and presence.

Close your eyes now.

Allow your shoulders to drop.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Feel the air move through your chest,

Down to your belly,

Grounding you right here,

Right now.

Now imagine your feet rooted into the earth,

Like the golden autumn leaves gently settling into the soil,

Ready to nourish what comes next.

Now picture yourself walking through a forest of golden light,

The trees releasing their beautifully colored leaves with ease.

Each leaf drifting down represents something in your life you've grown and that you're ready to release.

Old patterns,

Pressure,

Distractions,

Doubt,

Whatever no longer serves you.

And with each leaf falling,

Imagine what you're grateful for that you've grown this year,

How it's changed and evolved in time.

You can ask yourself,

What am I ready to let go of this season?

Pause and feel the wisdom in your answers.

You are safe to surrender.

Now bring in one hand to your heart space and one to your belly.

Silently or aloud,

Repeat to yourself,

I honor my growth.

I trust the release.

Let this truth settle into your body like a gentle wind brushing through the trees.

Take one more deep breath in.

Hold it at the top.

Now exhale with a sense of peace.

As you return to your day,

Carry this truth of the equinox with you.

It's beautiful to change and let go.
