Use this meditation as a guide for journaling with the Sagittarius 2023 moon cycle. In a meditative approach,

We will create initial journaling phrases using the Moon Cycle.

We open our compassionate hearts toward the highest and best for this journaling process.

As we weave spirit and intuition into our daily lives,

Please use an ongoing grounding exercise that suits your individual needs.

This guided journaling meditation is not meant as a substitute for professional mental health or spiritual counseling.

So gather your journal,

Your pen or pencil,

And bring your natal chart as well if you are going to be using it today.

To help us with grounding before we begin,

Let's use a triangular breathing technique.

Inhale to the count of 3,

Hold for the count of 3,

And exhale for the count of 3.

The Moon holds the silver of our emotions and our mind.

Where we live,

Is our salt,

Our grounding.

This completes a sacred alchemical container where we can fulfill our soul's commitment of service to the health of our planet and the nurturing global community.

We all live within this alchemical container.

We refine our days and years within the protective and nurturing distillation of this colossal natural realm of Moon,

Sun,

And Earth.

The spiritual alchemy of our spirit is transmuted,

Freed from fear,

Limiting personal beliefs,

And a lack of self-acceptance.

The gradually changing reflective light that we know as the Moon's phases provides a guiding symbolic template for personal and collective birth,

Nurturance,

Growth,

Fruition,

And dissolution into the seed form.

This light is dependent on the changing relationship between the Earth,

Sun,

And Moon.

The light and darkness display its repeating rhythm for us as the relationship changes in a never-ending pattern.

Visualize a shimmering thread that forms a loop of sacred alchemical containment as it goes around the full distance between us on Earth,

And out around the Sun and back to us on Earth.

During the cycle of the Moon,

This container will change shape and go through various stages of triangles and back to the original container.

We will visualize the process of life within this alchemical container through the life of a plant from germination to flower to seed and align with the recurring and regenerative cycle of nature that we share with all living beings.

Visualize that shimmering thread as a loop from you on Earth,

And then around the Sun and back to you.

The Moon is aligned directly between the Earth and the Sun at the new Moon.

It's not visible to us as the Sun shines only on the side we cannot see.
