Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath,

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

Feel the soothing rhythm of your breath anchoring you in the present moment,

Allowing you to let go of any distractions or concerns.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

Now visualize yourself standing in a beautiful redwood forest,

Surrounded by towering trees that stretch up toward the sky.

Feel the cool forest air against your skin,

And listen to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze.

As you take in the sights and sounds of the forest,

Allow yourself to feel a deep sense of peace and tranquility washing over you.

Know that you are safe and supported here,

Surrounded by the ancient wisdom of the redwoods.

Take a few more moments to bask in the serenity of the redwood forest,

Feeling the grounding presence of the trees anchoring you in the present moment.

Notice how your breath flows effortlessly in harmony with the rhythm of nature around you.

Now,

As you prepare to leave this tranquil sanctuary,

Know that you can return to this place of inner peace and renewal whenever you need.

Carry the essence of the redwoods with you in your heart,

A reminder of the strength and resilience that resides within you.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently wiggling your fingers and toes,

And taking a few deep breaths to reorient yourself.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing the peace and tranquility of the redwood forest with you as you return to your day.
