To begin,
Make yourself comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Allow yourself to relax into this moment.
Sense the space around you.
In this space,
There is no past and no future.

Notice any sounds in your environment.
Acknowledge them and let them go.
Take a deep cleansing breath in,
Filling up your lungs and belly with air.
And as you breathe out,

Imagine you are breathing in a warm light.

This light is flooding your body and giving energy to all of your chakra centers.

On your next breath,
Breathe in the color red.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine that this red color is filling up your entire body.
Now,
Bring all of the red color into your root chakra,
Which is located at the bottom of your spine in your pelvic region.
As you continue to focus on the red color in your root chakra,
You notice that the color is being transformed into an energy wheel of red light.
This energy wheel is spinning.
As you focus on the spinning wheel,
The red light is becoming brighter.
And any areas of darkness within the spinning wheel are being dissolved and released.
You easily let go of whatever you no longer need to hold onto.
You let it go and it floats away and disappears.
During this cleansing process,
You can see the energy wheel spinning faster and faster.
And you notice that the red light is becoming more and more brilliant and beautiful.
You can easily sense the powerful energy of your root chakra and you are grateful.

The orange light is becoming brighter.

You notice that the color is being transformed into an energy wheel of yellow light.
This energy wheel is spinning.
As you focus on the spinning wheel,
The yellow light is becoming brighter.
And any areas of darkness within the spinning wheel are being dissolved and released.
You easily let go of whatever you no longer need to hold on to.
You let it go and it floats away and disappears.

You notice that the color is being transformed into an energy wheel of indigo light.
This energy wheel is spinning.
As you focus on the spinning wheel,
The indigo light is becoming brighter and any areas of darkness within the spinning wheel are being dissolved and released.
You easily let go of whatever you no longer need to hold on to.

As you breathe out,

Now bring all of this violet color into your crown chakra,
Which is located on the top of your head.
As you continue to focus on the violet color in your crown chakra,
You notice that the color is being transformed into an energy wheel of violet light.
This energy wheel is spinning.
As you focus on the spinning wheel,
The violet light is becoming brighter and any areas of darkness within the spinning wheel are being dissolved and released.

You can see the energy wheel spinning faster and faster and you notice that the violet light is becoming more and more brilliant and beautiful.

On your next breath,
Breathe in pure white light and as you breathe out,
Imagine that this pure white light is filling up your entire body.
Notice an energy wheel of this white light begin to spin powerfully on the top of your head and all around your head.
This spinning white light is moving downward and spreading throughout your entire body.
See this column of brilliant white light cascading down your body,
Purifying,
Invigorating and energizing your whole system.
All of your chakras are connected to this vast column of white light which stretches up to infinity.
Your entire system of chakras is cleansed,
Aligned and balanced.
Take a moment to feel the incredible power of your beautiful energy.
In this moment,
You are fully aware that you can be,
