The Feminine Essence Meditation will help you connect to the center of your physical and energetic body,
Which happens to be your feminine power center,
The womb space.
When you connect to your womb space,
You connect with your feminine essence.
It will allow you to feel centered,
Vibrant and peaceful.
It will make you feel present and grounded in the pelvis space,
And your boundaries with other people become stronger.
Take a moment to get comfortable and sit with your back straight on a cushion or chair.
Close your eyes and gently bow your chin.
Start deepening your breath and breathe smoothly in and out of the nostrils.
Take a moment to deepen and smooth out your breath.
As you focus on your breath,
Gradually allow the mind to become quiet.
Now,
Bring all of your attention to the pelvis.
Imagine a ball sitting at the base of your torso,
The base of the pelvis.
The ball fills all of your pelvic area and runs all the way around the front,
The back and the side.
The base of that ball is at the perineum,
The base of the torso and the top just above your navel.
Send your attention to every part of your pelvis,
To all the space inside this ball.
Where can you feel your attention and presence the most?
In the front,
Back,
At the base or maybe in the center?
Take a moment and feel the base of your torso,
The base of this ball.
Enjoy the feeling of simply sitting and feeling into the base of your torso.
Now,
Please bring your awareness to the center of your pelvis,
Which is your womb space.
This is the center of your creative power and your whole energetic field.
It's about three finger width or three inches below the navel,
Inside the pelvis.
Send all of your attention there,
Your presence,
Your attention to the center of this ball,
The womb space.
Imagine a small globe of light in the center of your pelvis.
Hold your attention on this light for a minute or so.
Remember to keep your breath nice and smooth.
And you can even imagine this globe is breathing.
The globe expands with every breath in and contracts with every breath out.
Light globe expanding on the inhalation,
Contracting on the exhalation.
Please continue.
Please continue taking soft,
Subtle,
Easy breaths from the center of your pelvis for a few more minutes.
The globe expanding on the exhalation and contracting on the exhalation.
From the center of your pelvis,
The womb space.
Notice how you feel and what sensations are you aware of.
If your attention goes to a thought,
Gently bring it back to your womb space,
To this light within it.
The same if your attention flows outside of your body,
Gently bring it back.
Every time,
Return your attention to the center of your pelvic floor,
The womb space.
Notice what quality of energy is present in your womb space at this moment.
Is it dense or light?
Soft?
Is it static?
Or is it flowing?
Simply notice the quality of your energy at the womb space.
Continue breathing and feeling connected with this globe of light expanding and contracting.
I invite you to very slowly and gently start rocking your pelvic floor to create a little movement.
Slowly to the front and back.
The sides of your hips don't move.
First,
Roll your pelvis under so that the ball comes to the front a little.
Tuck the pelvis in and then bring it back to the center.
As you continue the movement,
Tilt your pelvis back so that the base of the ball moves backward.
This is a vertical movement,
Tilting and going back,
Front to back,
So the sides of your hips stay centered.
As you slowly tuck under,
Move the pelvis back to the center and tilt back.
Move to the center,
Tuck forward,
Move to the center and tilt back.
Take a few minutes to continue this tilting and tucking movement.
Your attention stays in this ball in the pelvis,
The center of your womb space,
As you continue the tilting and tucking movement.
Notice how much can you enjoy this subtle movement of tilting and tucking your pelvis.
Keep your attention with this beautiful light inside of the pelvis as you continue enjoying this simple movement of tilting and tucking,
Front to the center and to the back.
Please continue for a few more moments.
Gently come back to the center and simply enjoy the feeling of sitting with your attention and loving presence in your womb space.
Slowly start coming back to the awareness of your breath.
When you are ready,
