In this meditation the element of water is used to transform any old stories that are not serving you anymore. The breath is our anchor and it is used to alchemise the energies that are holding you back. Allow the element of water to cleanse and renew yourself.

Let's explore water,

Breathing through your nose in a steady way,

With your eyes closed.

Let's connect to our second chakra,

Where our sexual energy lies.

Creative force.

This meditation is going to bring our focus to our relationship,

Those stories we're still holding on to.

Breathing into your this area,

Remembering the water within us.

We are tidal beings.

How do these stories that we tell ourselves,

Do they drip feed our imaginations?

Noticing the fluidity in your body,

Maybe some movement wants to come.

Knowledge,

This elemental flow.

Are these stories frozen in time,

Begin to melt?

Parts of these stories not serving us anymore.

Can we allow these stories,

Which we accumulate,

Flow through our rivers,

Out into the sea and the ocean of our existence,

Of our universe?

Can we let these tears flow?

Our hearts melt.

Can we release this energy through our exhale?

Can we see the image,

Our reflection in the lake?

What do we want to see?

Who do we want to be?

Can we surrender to our natural flow,

With gratitude,

Passion,

And achieve the breath and your awareness trickle through your body?

Knowing that your creative force comes from your well.

Staying with the feelings of your experience in a few moments of silence.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the mouth,

Into the nose,

And out through the mouth,

Into the nose.

And we're going to hold the breath for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And exhale fully,

Letting go of all that stored up energy,

Melting away any hardness in your body.

Bring your breath back to normal.

And the invitation is to journal,

Rest,

Drink some water,

And really feel into what it is you need next.
