Today we're going to bring our awareness to our breath and start to slow down.
There's no real outcome or goal for this session.
The invitation is to be,
Explore and witness.
So how are you breathing right now?
There's no judgement,
We're just observing how you're breathing right now.
Is it shallow,
Is it deep?
Maybe placing a hand on your stomach and one on your chest and just feel,
Feel the breath entering your being right now.
It's not about changing anything,
Just becoming aware and conscious of our breath.
And as we become conscious,
As we bring our attention nearer to this moment,
Our bodies might have something to say.
What does your body want to say to you right now?
Are there parts that are in pain,
Or are there parts that are feeling joyful and loving?
Just bringing that attention and awareness to all these parts of us.
Asking questions like,
What do you need?
What do you want to say to me right now?
Breathe into it.
Feel that expansion with each inhale,
Contraction with each exhale.
Playing with your feeling,
This energy in your breath,
This practice,
A few moments every day,
Become closer to what your body needs,
What it's asking of you and bring yourself nearer to the moment,
To the now,
The present.
