Box Breathing Instrumental
This instrumental meditation track provides melodic guidance to follow the box breath pattern. Inhale for 4 beats, hold the breath for 4, exhale for 4 beats and hold that breath out for 4, then repeat. If you want to do a longer breath just double the length to 8 beats. This practice can be down sitting down with your eyes closed and breathing through the nose. Happy breathing!
