And let go of any worries or thoughts or concerns right now.
This is a time for you to focus so that you can be open to inspiring ideas and to keep working at the task at hand.
This is your time to focus completely and solely on yourself and your goals.
So take in another deep breath.
Deep,

Deep.
Hold it at the top.
When you can't hold it any longer,
Open your mouth and exhale.
And now I want you to visualize a beam of light descending from above,
Entering the crown of your head and traveling down through your body,
Aligning you with your higher self and universal wisdom.
Feel this light bringing clarity,
Focus,
And a sense of purpose.
And now visualize roots growing out from the soles of your feet.
See these roots extending deep into the earth,
Reaching down to the crystalline center,
Anchoring you firmly to the ground.
Feel,

And imagine the stability and strength that comes from this connection.
As your roots penetrate the earth,
Envision them absorbing healing energy from the earth's core.
With each breath,
Draw up this grounding energy into your body.

With the combined energy of the light from above and the earth's grounding energy,

Now visualize your project or task in vivid detail.

Envision yourself overcoming any challenges that may arise and celebrating the successful completion of your project.
Stay in this state of alignment,

And clarity for a few more moments,
Basking in the energy of success and accomplishment,
Knowing that you have the ability to concentrate and tackle any project with ease and efficiency.

When you are ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And take a final deep breath.
This is your coffee break.
