I'd like to begin by taking a gentle breath in and exhale slowly.
Right now,
You don't need to do anything.
This is a time for you to focus and place your awareness on the deepest relaxation available to you.
And you may relax even more deeply than you've ever relaxed before.
Why not?
Now is the time and this is your time to let go completely.
We'll begin with some breathing to settle your body.
Take three brief inhalations through your nose like this and then exhale slowly.
Perhaps with a sigh if you feel like it.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale one,
Inhale two,
Inhale three.
Hold it and exhale,
Letting the day melt away.
And now take a deep inhale.
Hold it gently at the top for a couple of seconds and release,
Letting it all go.
Now it's time to release the day.
Allow your mind to softly scan your day.
Waking up this morning,
Going throughout the day,
The evening,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to analyze.
Just let yourself go through the day so that anything that causes you to stop and look at,
You can breathe into that and let it go.
Just notice and release.
If anything lingers,
Let it dissolve on your exhale.
You've done enough for now and now your body gets to rest.
So I invite you to take another deep breath in and anything from the day that caused you any concern,
Just hold your breath at the top.

And now let it go.
Just let it go with that exhale.
It's time to scan your body.
For an even deeper sense of relaxation,
Bring your awareness to your feet,
To your right foot,
Your right toes,
Wiggle those toes,
Move your foot around.
And now go to your left foot,
Wiggle your toes,
Move your foot around.
And now what I want you to do is tighten up the muscles of your feet.
That's right,
Just tighten them up.
Hold it for a couple of seconds and then just let the tension go.
Perfect.
And now your calf muscles,
Tighten the calf muscles.
Hold it for a couple of seconds and now just let it go.
Moving up to your knees and your thighs and now tighten up the whole legs,
Both legs down to your toes.
From your thighs down to your toes,
Hold it,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense.
And now your waist,
Your stomach,
Your buttocks,
Just tighten it,
Hold it,
Hold it,
Hold it.
That's right and let it go.
Your chest,
Your breast area,
Take your arms and tuck them into your sides and just hold it,
Tensing up your arms.
Also let it go.
Now stretch out your whole arm and make fists of your hands and just tense those arms and hands.
Hold it,

Let it go.
Now bring your awareness to your shoulders.
Pull your shoulders up to your neck,
Scrunch the muscles of your face,
Squint and squeeze it and hold it tight and now just let it go.
And now what I want you to do is just tighten up your whole body,
Just make it tight all the way down to your toes,
From the top of your head,
Your arms are outstretched,
Hold it,
Tense,
Tense,
Tense,

Let it go.
Beautiful.
Now soften your jaw,
Feel the muscles just relax and smooth out around your jaw,
The muscles of your cheeks are relaxing,
No more tension,
Feel your forehead smoothing,
Your neck muscles relaxing,
Your shoulders relaxed,
Let your whole body sink deeper into the surface beneath you.
Imagine now you are standing at the top of a beautiful staircase,
Ornate,
Beautiful marble staircase and you are going to descend the stairs and as you descend the stairs with each step you take,
You become even more deeply relaxed.
Stepping onto step 10,
Drifting down,
Stepping onto step 9,
You may see your feet,
Hear your feet,
Or feel your feet treading each step as you go deeper into an awareness of yourself.
Stepping onto step 8 and 7,
Letting go,
Going deeper.
Step 6,
Calmness surrounds you.
Step 5,
Floating,
You are halfway down the stairs,
Stepping onto step 4,
Enveloped with a feeling of deep relaxation and peaceful awareness.
Step 3,
It's so quiet and calm and tranquil.
Step 2,
Almost there,
Stepping onto step 1,
Feeling oh so fully relaxed,
Just allow yourself to drift and float and slip into sleepiness now.
Here are any thoughts that may come in or just floating away if a thought appears or the beginning of a thought,
That's perfectly okay,
That's what thoughts do,
They come into your mind.
Just place those thoughts into a soft pink bubble and watch it float away.
Just put those thoughts inside the pink bubble and you may even blow it off,
Blow it away.
There's no effort,
There's no resistance of the thoughts,
You just welcome them,
Place the pink bubble around it and let it go while you drift away and enjoy this deep relaxation that you've created for yourself.
Because before you,
A beautiful luminous space appears.
It's a temple of deep rest.
It's called the temple of dreams.
It's a dream sanctuary.
You notice the white columns of this beautiful temple.
It's beckoning you to come towards it.
The doorway is open and it's such a welcoming feeling.
It's such a pleasurable feeling and you walk up the stairs into this beautiful temple.
This room is a circular room and you find a soft cushion,
Oh so cozy,
So soft and sumptuous and here you lay your body down and cuddle up with the pillows.
Here your body sleeps while your awareness gently drifts.
Awareness of floating.
You're floating,
Floating on a cloud.
Perhaps a soft current of air is carrying you.
You might imagine yourself laying on a gentle feather floating through the air or a leaf floating on a clear,
Calm surface of water,
A lake.
Whatever appears in your imagination is absolutely perfect.
The feeling is feeling supported.
You are feeling safe.
You are held as you continue to drift as sleep descends upon you and as you are drifting and floating you notice a soft violet light that begins to surround you.
A gentle,
Powerful light,
A violet light and a violet energetic flame begins in your solar plexus.
It's an energetic flame cleansing your mind and your body,
Cleansing your mind as it reaches up into your brain.
It cleanses your mind of all negative worries and concerns.
Any distorted thoughts are burned away by this violet flame and it moves through your body.
Visualize this violet flame,
This violet flame of the Ascended Master Saint Germain cleansing your mind,
Cleansing your body of anything holding it back now.
Any tension is being cleansed and it feels so privileged.
There's a feeling of privilege to be able to notice this creativity in your mind and this cleansing of your body.
Any heaviness dissolves.
Any tension softens and melts.
Any distortion releases into the violet flame.
As you are coming into light you may feel warmth,
Tingling or simply peace.
Let this flame move through you.
Your palms may be pulsating and tingling.
Whatever you feel,
Just allow it to cleanse.
You don't need to do anything,
Just allow yourself to receive.
Whatever comes in your mind is absolutely perfect.
You may have images of peace,
Serenity,
Colorful rainbows.
Just know that you are relaxing so deeply.
There may be some sounds that you don't understand and that's okay.
There's a language of light,
Medicine,
Codes,
Medicine coded language.
And this light will come through to bypass your conscious mind and help you to relax even more deeply as well.
And the invitation is just allow yourself to receive the energy.
It's a frequency.
Just allow yourself to receive.
You may feel it in a place in your body.
You may not feel anything at all and that's just perfect.
A blanket of sleep is surrounding you now as the space around you begins to shift.
There's a cocoon of light,
White light surrounding your body,
Protecting you,
Enveloping you as this even deeper state of relaxation descends upon you.
Soft lights,
Colors,
Flowers blooming.
It's a garden of dreams now.
And a gentle,
Playful energy emerges,
Lulling you to drift even deeper through a dream garden of light into a deep,
Deep state of relaxation.
Everything here responds to you with the welcome,
Loving vibration of light.
And the elementals and the fairies are so joyful that you're here and they are welcoming you with their hearts and their love and helping you to sleep even more deeply.
You are bathed in sleep.
Drops of sleep fall upon you.

Golden energies,
Light codes of sleep cover your body.
And in the distance now you notice a golden path a golden current,
A ribbon.
It's like a ribbon and you float toward it and gently allow yourself to lay down on it and be carried away even further into the deepest,

Allowing healing energies to flow.
You're gliding effortlessly,
Floating,
Sliding,
Slipping deeper and deeper into rest and sleep,
Gliding into the most peaceful,
Comforting rest you've ever experienced.
You feel safe,
Protected.
You feel calm and a deep tranquility envelops you and permeates every cell of your body.
And you I am protected.
I am deeply relaxed.
I am loving and lovable.
I am fully supported.
I am at peace.
And you know,
Without a doubt,
