You love to give to others, bringing kindness, care, and support. But how often do you bring that care to yourself? Allow yourself to be included in the arms of Divine giving, and receive the same waves of kindness and care that move through you to others.

Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim,

In the name of the One Most Compassionate,

Most Merciful,

Most Kind.

Ahhhh.

The world can be a really challenging place.

And often we bring a lot of care and gentleness and love and support to the people that we care about,

The people all around us,

Probably quite a wide circle.

And often we do not include ourselves in that.

Sometimes the events in the world can be annoying or just challenging.

Other times it could be truly horrifying or grieving.

There's so much that happens in this world of ours.

And our hearts often pour out with love and care.

And sometimes it can be overwhelming how much is needed.

And we can empty ourselves in responding.

And so just taking a moment and noticing how you're feeling and facing the world as it is and what is there.

So much.

So much.

So much space.

I'm just bringing your attention deep to your heart,

How thirsty your heart is.

I'm beginning to remember the presence of the Divine,

Beginning to call the name of the Divine.

Noticing that you yourself are part of those affected.

You are one of those stricken,

Struck by,

Impacted by all that happens in the world.

And as you look out on the world and you see the hearts of the people who need the kindness and the care and the love and the embrace,

And as your heart naturally moves to help them,

Noticing also your own heart and its yearning to be embraced,

To be cared for.

I'm just noticing all of this need,

This yearning.

And bringing your attention to that urge,

That movement towards giving care.

And noticing is there an origin?

Is there an origin?

If there was a wave moving from you to them,

Surely the wave didn't originate with you.

It didn't start with you.

You are not the origin of the wave.

And so often we look to see where the wave is sweeping towards and not looking back to where it's come from.

So noticing how your heart is being carried to give,

Noticing how your heart also has been caught up in that wave.

Noticing the waves of kindness and care,

Generosity and embrace.

And rahim.

Yalaya rauf.

For Allah the Divine,

The Source,

Is the gentle,

Is the merciful,

Is the kindness.

Anima And know that your business is also caught up in the kindness and care and love and gentleness that is carrying you.

Hmm.

Bismillah Bismillah Bismillah Bismillah Bismillah So much kindness,

So much care.

Wave after wave of it.

Letting your heart feel that.

Letting your business feel that.

Letting yourself be lifted by that.

If you've ever stood in the waves at the shore and felt them come in and lift you and carry you.

And how they never stop.

They keep coming and coming and coming.

Lifting you again and again.

Bismillah Bismillah Bismillah Kindness and care meaning you can attend to your own needs even when other people have needs.

That you are included.

Your business is included.

Bismillah Bismillah Bismillah And just notice that as your heart feels more full,

As your business feels more full,

As your needs are cared for.

How much more you can respond to others.

You can respond and bring more gentleness and more care.

More kindness.

Kindness is not something that we hand externally.

It gets put into our hands and then we hand on to someone else.

Kindness is something that we bathe in,

That we become saturated with,

That we become full of.

And then we are then able to fill up the next person.

And the waves just keep coming in and coming in.

And if you ever feel empty or tired,

All you need to do is turn and face the waves that are already moving through you.

Because you have forgotten that you don't need to carry the ocean,

That the ocean is carrying you.

And just noticing.

Authentic appreciation for anything that you're receiving and noticing and drinking from during this remembrance.

Staying.
