Transcript

Take a moment to sit in your chair.

Sit up straight and strong.

Look down at your desk or at the floor.

Pretend you are a tree standing strong in the wind,

Moving when you need just like a tree bends,

But staying still and tall in your place.

Start now by putting a hand on your belly.

Take a big slow breath in and a big slow breath out.

Can you feel your hand move when you blow up your belly like a balloon?

Blow up your balloon again now.

One big breath paying attention to your hand.

Moving up,

Counting one,

Two,

Three.

Breathing all the air out of your belly balloon.

One,

Two,

Three.

Now again,

All together.

Breathing into your balloon,

Slowly filling up,

Up,

Up.

And slowly out,

Down,

Down,

Down.

If you forget what you're doing for a while,

That's fine.

Come back when you're ready.

Just do your best.

Let's pretend to blow up five balloons together.

First pretending to blow up a balloon slowly,

Then pretending to let the air out slowly.

Breathing into our first balloon.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathing out.

One,

Two,

Three.

And now our second balloon.

Breathing in.

And then slowly breathing out.

And noticing your hand moving as we breathe into our third balloon.

One,

Two,

Three.

And out.

One,

Two,

Three.

And our fourth balloon.

Breathing in slowly.

And noticing your hand move as you breathe out slowly.

And then for our last balloon,

Breathing in.

One,

Two,

Three.

And breathing out.

One,

Two,

Three.

Now,

Bring your attention back to your parents or your teacher or whatever it is you're going to be doing next today.

Breathing Balloons🎈- Breath Meditation🧘🏽‍♀️ for Children👧🏽👶🏽... As it gets closer to the time when school 🏫 doors open for the new school year once again, anxiety levels begin to increase in those who are entering those doors🚪 for the very first time, and for those of us who have babies👶🏽 and grand babies👧🏽 entering or reentering the gates of the unknown. It can be an exciting time for some, and a nerve wrecking time for others. However, whatever the case might be, simply taking a deep breath can be very calming and comforting to those little precious minds filled with wonder and amazement.🤗 I AM that I AM ... and today “that” is comforting my inner child👧🏽. Namasté🙏🏽☺️ #dailymeditation #healthyveyebsmeditations #numbingsoulution
