Explore MeditationMariëlle Glorie is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and MB-EAT qualified instructor. In the Netherlands, she and her husband Jacco ran a small-scale retreat center, and she also taught Ayurveda at the Saswitha Yoga Teachers Institute. They now run a similar retreat center in the beautiful Swedish countryside just outside Arvika. Amid the vast forests and picturesque Swedish lakes, Mariëlle supports mainly women seeking balance in their daily lives, combining demanding jobs with family and social responsibilities. She believes that the combination of Ayurveda, mindfulness, and yoga can be a powerful way to restore harmony. Down-to-earth and reliable, Mariëlle also brings a passion for joy and laughter to her work.
