This guided meditation is from Lesson One of my Energetic Embodiment course in the Member Plus area. It helps you tune into the four layers of consciousness—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—by checking in with a single word for each. This simple practice builds awareness of your spiritual body, which is made of energy and deeply connected to how you experience the world. As you notice imbalances or outside influences, you'll strengthen your boundaries and stay more grounded. I recommend doing this exercise daily, once in the morning and again before bed, or anytime you feel off. With regular practice, you'll become more attuned to your energy, intuitive guidance, and power as an empath.
