Hi Margaret and limbo here.
We're going to start a little guided meditation guided imagery so you can help get some help to connect with your soul purpose.
So what like any meditation or contemplative time.
Start out by becoming very conscious and aware of the present moment,
Put yourself in,
In a space of being here now.
In the words of the great Ram Dass be here now.
And if you haven't already,
I just silenced my cell phone so if you would silence yours.
So that way you're uninterrupted during this time.
Place your feet firmly on the ground.
Know that you're touching Mother Earth energetically through the soles of your feet down into Mother Earth,
And be aware of how the crown of your head is connected to the sky above you,
And have a nice flow of energy between the heavens above and the earth beneath beneath your feet.
Be aware of your posture if you haven't already.
Go ahead and straighten out your back.
Maybe I suggest roll your shoulders back and down.
And you don't have to sit super straight like a soldier throughout this whole experience but enough that you are upright,
And your head is above your spinal cord.
Your head is horizontal vertical,
What's the best way to say that upright.
Your chin is horizontal with the floor.
So,
No looking down,
Better to look straight ahead.
And as you look straight ahead go ahead and let yourself close your eyes,
Lower your eyelids.
You let your tongue,
Touch the roof of your mouth.
Start by just clearing out thought forms,
Clearing away thoughts of the day of things that happened earlier today yesterday last week just let's get a clear slate.
And the only way to do that to start with,
It's just intended.
Make it your intention that you have a quiet mind,
No thoughts,
No mind,
And observe your breath.
A very important part of this is observing your breath.
Watch how when you breathe in your body expands on the inhalation.
And then observe how that when you exhale your body contracts on the exhalation.
And letting yourself breathe into the count of four approximately observe the place between the inhale and the exhale,
And then exhale to the count of eight or close to it.
So,
Inhaling to the count of four observing the pause or the space in between the gap.
When you exhale just let it be longer than the inhale.
Easy peasy nice and nice.
Very good.
Now if your eyes aren't already closed I suggest that you close them now put your attention behind the center of your forehead.
And imagine that the that spot behind the center of the middle of your forehead there's a stairway,
Just like you saw on the screen.
If you need to open your eyes again for a quick moment take a look,
Look at that a little stairway to heaven so to speak.
Open your eyes again and put in your imagination that you have something like that behind the center of your forehead as you begin to ascend easily glide perhaps up the staircase,
Made of clouds and love and light.
That's all you have to do just very comfortably and easily move towards a light that's at the end of this stairwell,
Let yourself go all the way to the top of that staircase heavenly staircase.
And as you get to the top you notice a great expanse.
Oh,
So immense so beautiful,
Perhaps a bunch of white clouds,
Maybe glimmering space,
Whatever you want it to look like or feel like you're going into a level that some might call the Akashic Palace or their place where all things are known from the past,
And the present,
And the potentially for the future,
Because we change our future with every thought that we have.
So when this amazing space at the very top of the staircase.
I would like for you to let yourself imagine.
And this is going to be quick so just know that it's perfect.
Imagine that you're able to go and access some kind of a record.
You want to use your imagination for those of us that grew up going to libraries,
Go into the library and pull a volume off of the shelf,
Or some of you may want to imagine that you're accessing a computer program file that has information on it.
And as you do this do this with the intention that what you're looking for is either further information about your sole purpose or beginning information maybe something you hadn't thought of at all.
You're going to find more about your sole purpose and if you have no clue what your sole purposes,
Then you're going in to find the file that has information about why you're here on planet earth,
And what you might want to achieve while you're here.
Be mindful of your breath,
The inhale and the exhale.
Now with your imagination.
Imagine that you've accessed the file.
If you have a book in your hand or a file,
Open it up and read what it says,
And let your imagination flow,
Maybe something you never even thought of let something pop into your consciousness.
If you're on a computer looking it up in a computer file in your imagination.
As you go into that experience,
Imagine that you have guides watching over you,
Angels watching over you inspiring you inspiring you to access the information that you need for this moment in your life.
Maybe something that you did when you were much younger,
Maybe even as a child.
That comes to mind,
Something that you might have done repetitively over and over and over again maybe in the form of play.
But it could be a symbol for something that you can do.
The come today.
Observing the inhale and the exhale and trusting that whatever needs to come before you will come to your awareness,
Feeling and sensing those spirit guides or angels guardian angels,
Give them permission to drop ideas or thoughts into your consciousness.
Tell them I want to know more about my,
My sole purpose.
Help me,
Help me to know what else I need to be doing,
Or what else I need to learn to or become.
Show me the way.
Inspire me.
So you're having a combination of a very quiet mind,
And also ideas or inspiration that are coming through.
It's a very interesting position to be in.
But you can do this.
And if you need to want to there's nothing wrong with gently opening your eyes and jotting down some thoughts or something that came to you so you don't forget.
Like when we have dreams we forget the dream.
So if there's something you want to write down like maybe you saw yourself,
Teaching your dolls,
Or maybe you,
You got this idea of of an invention.
Go ahead and write down whatever came to you.
And that will be a stepping stone for you to uncover more about your soul purpose.
Still aware of your breathing.
The inhale and the exhale.
Still aware of the beings or guides and guardians around you.
And also what you have in front of you in your mind's eye.
If you feel like you're have a blank slate you can't quite capture something,
Which is very normal.
Make it your intention that because you've taken the step.
These steps up this beautiful staircase that even if it doesn't come to you in this very,
Very short meditation experience that it still will come to you.
It might come to you in the dream time tonight.
You might start seeing symbols through,
Like,
Even TV commercials,
You know,
Just all different ways that you'll start to get clues about more information about your soul purpose so make it that that's your intention.
So that you don't get frustrated if you didn't see or get any inspiration in this moment,
It's okay it's normal.
And then with that intention in mind,
Go ahead and close the file or close the window and the computer.
And so to call log out if you will,
And put the file back where it was if it was on a shelf put that file back on the shelf.
And know that you can come back into the space,
This this creative visualization anytime that you want to retry to get more information and go ahead and step back towards the staircase that you came up.
Give gratitude,
Feel grateful for any beings of light and love guides guardians angels that came by to assist you and give them further permission confirm that you want to let them drop ideas into your consciousness,
And the upcoming days weeks or maybe even months.
Go ahead and step towards the staircase and start to walk down the staircase as you're walking down this beautiful staircase that's filled with light and love,
And with every step that you take you feel more and more love.
It helps you remember who you truly are,
That you are love.
Remember that you are love and all that surrounds you and all that is attracted to you is love and stay focused on that blessing of being love that you are.
Get all the way to the bottom of the staircase the stairwell and put your attention back on the screen let yourself open your eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take a nice deep breath,
Coming fully back into your consciousness,
And if there is something that came to your consciousness go ahead and jot some notes down.
Even if it's just a few words.
Let yourself know about it after you're,
You're done.
