Transcript

As you prepare to open your heart,

Put all of your attention on your breath.

Become very aware of what it feels like to bring your breath into your body,

Into your lungs and very aware of what it feels like to release the air from your body,

From your lungs.

Your only job right now is to breathe.

If any thoughts other than focusing on your breath arise,

Just observe them and let them go.

Watch your thoughts float away and then bring your attention back to your breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

As you breathe,

Become aware that you're breathing in love,

Love and well-being.

Breathing in love and well-being on the in-breath and then releasing,

Sending out the love and well-being on the out-breath.

Breathing all stress,

Tension and negativity.

Any other thoughts that might arise,

Just observe them and let them go.

You can even tell those thoughts,

Not right now,

I'll think of you later.

And then return your full attention to your breath.

If you find that you begin to think about work or conversations or things that you have to get done,

Just observe the thought and allow the thought to float away on a cloud or you can even place it in a balloon and then watch the balloon float away.

Just let it go and tell that thought you'll think about it later.

But right now,

This is your time and it's time for you to open your heart to love.

Now scan your body and observe if there are any places where there are aches,

Pains or stress.

Find those places and breathe love into that spot.

Using your intention,

Just think,

Sense or feel love and breathe it into that place that's not at ease.

You can even breathe it into your thoughts and emotions.

This love is like particles of light that surrounds and displaces anything that is unlike love.

Remember your breath as you breathe in,

Become aware of your belly expanding.

As you breathe out,

Feel your belly contract all the way towards your spine.

Good.

Again,

Remember that if any other thoughts,

Thoughts other than love,

Come in,

Just observe the thought and watch them float away.

Now using your intention,

Mentally relax all parts of your body.

Relax your feet and your ankles.

All the muscles in your feet and your ankles are relaxing all the way down to the bone.

Relax your buttocks,

Stomach,

Solar plexus and chest.

Be aware that each of your organs are becoming relaxed and filled with love and well-being,

Pancreas,

Spleen,

Liver,

Gallbladder,

Intestines,

Kidneys,

Adrenals,

Ovaries,

Heart,

Thyroid,

All your organs.

Relax your back and all the muscles in your back.

Mentally relax all the muscles in your back.

Become aware that with every breath you take,

You are filled with love and light and well-being.

And imagine that that light is filling your spinal cord.

Imagine that as you breathe in,

You fill up your spinal column with light just as you would fill a glass with water.

From the bottom of the spine all the way to the top of your neck,

Fill up your spinal column with love,

Light and well-being.

Relax your neck and your shoulders.

As you exhale,

Imagine all your stress and worries that you carry on your shoulders,

But it's just sliding off you and into the earth.

Releasing worries,

Even if only for this little bit of time that you're allowing yourself to meditate,

As the worries are released on your out-breath,

Fresh,

New,

Clean,

Clear energy of love and well-being are replacing those worries.

Brilliant white light filled with love and well-being flowing in and around you.

Inhaling and exhaling that brilliant white light filled with love and well-being as you relax your arms and your hands,

Feeling gratitude for all your arms and hands do for you and others every day.

As you breathe in gratitude,

Become aware that you release any aches or pains.

Be aware of the pleasant energy at your fingertips.

Feel the life force in your palms of your hands.

And a slight vibration of love tingling in the palms of your hands.

Relax your face and all the muscles in your face.

Open your mouth really wide to release tension in your jaw.

And as you do,

The tension that's pent up in your jaw is releasing and relaxing.

Any thoughts other than your breath or this moment in time are floating away on a cloud or in a balloon.

Let the wind carry them away.

If the thoughts persist,

Again,

Just tell the thought,

You'll think about it later.

Right now you're busy with something else.

As the thoughts are put on pause,

Relax your mind.

Relax your mind.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now put all of your attention on the center of your chest,

Your heart center.

Imagine sense or feel a light at the center of your chest like a little star or a flame that glows like a flame on a candle.

With every breath you take,

Imagine that the light at the center of your chest is getting brighter and brighter.

As the light gets brighter,

Connect with the intention you made when you began this meditation.

The light begins to radiate throughout your whole chest.

Be aware that with every breath that you take,

You are breathing in love and exhaling love.

If any thoughts other than breathing in love and breathing out love arise,

Just observe them and let them float away.

As the light expands from the center of your chest,

You become aware that the light is streaming forth in front of you,

Behind you,

Above you,

And below you.

You sense,

Feel,

Or see this energy of love and well-being expands so much that it radiates throughout your whole chest,

Your whole torso,

Your whole body.

Your whole body is filled with the magnificent light that stands from the center of yourself.

Breathing deeply and fully,

You become aware that your breath is circulating love through your physical body.

The light of love is in every organ.

Take the time now to reconnect with love in each and every organ.

Imagine or visualize particles of light,

Particles of love in your heart,

Lungs,

Eyes,

Kidneys,

Glute,

Glute,

Bladder,

Spleen,

Liver,

Gallbladder,

Intestines.

Continue to visualize it in every organ you can think of.

Imagine,

Sense,

Feel love in every single cell in your body.

Every cell in your body radiates love.

Feel,

Sense,

Or imagine the vibration of love in every cell.

Love is in every muscle,

Every tendon,

Every ligament.

Connect with all the muscles in your body,

All the tendons and ligaments,

And allow the love to vibrate throughout.

Love is traveling through your whole lymph system.

The light of love is coursing through your blood.

Light in every bone and in your bone marrow.

Carefully connect with the love in your bones and in your bone marrow.

Love is emanating through every pore.

Love is vibrating from every hair on your body.

You become aware that the magnificence of this love is so immense that it envelops your whole entire body and goes beyond the physical.

You may begin to feel a slight vibration or a sensation of floating in love.

You're emanating love,

Light,

And well-being.

Connect with your happiness and well-being and move into a state of gratitude.

As you're in the state of gratitude,

Think of all the people,

Places,

And things for which you are grateful.

As your awareness connects with these people,

Places,

And things,

Send blessings and gratitude.

Feel the gratitude for all your loved ones,

People who help you all the time,

Places that you love,

And things that make your life easy.

If your thoughts wander,

Bring your attention back to your breathing.

Refocus on your heart and send blessings to all.

In this state of gratitude,

You may become aware of the minima of your actions and the life you are carrying with you.

Now take the time to send blessings to people,

Places or things,

Even situations which challenge you.

Allow your heart to open more fully and send blessings and gratitude for lessons you are learning due to these challenges.

Become aware that this practice may actually transform the challenge.

Send blessings,

Feeling gratitude.

Observe your breath and focus on your heart.

Sending blessings to people,

Places,

Things or situations which challenge you.

Very,

Very good.

For the next few moments,

Allow yourself to receive blessings and gratitude.

Be receptive.

It's your turn to receive now.

Be an open vessel.

Be open to receive blessings and feel gratitude that others have for you.

You don't have to know who's sending it.

Just know that people are grateful.

There are many people,

Places and things that love you and are grateful that you have touched their lives.

Relax your mind.

Just receive.

Do nothing.

Just be.

Feel the blessings,

Release needing to know from whom or from where they are coming.

Know the blessings have been received by you.

Now imagine this magnificent planet Earth.

Become aware that we are riding on this planet hurling through space.

Feel gratitude for this gift of getting to experience this fabulous planet and send blessings to Mother Earth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Imagine the globe,

The whole globe of the Earth in front of you and that your heart is emanating beams of love and light and well-being towards the planet.

And as you do so,

Expand your consciousness and become aware that as you send this loving energy to the planet that you are actually receiving your own energy of love coming back to you.

As you are also on this globe that is in front of you.

Feel the love.

Be the love.

Being one with all that is.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Become aware of your hands and your feet.

Imagine or visualize that there are rays of light coming from your hands.

Ground this energy as the rays of light come out the soles of your feet and into the Earth beneath you.

Take three really deep breaths and stretch like you are waking up in the morning.

You are refreshed,

Renewed,

Healed,

Balanced and full of love.

Your heart is open,

Ready to give and receive.
