Hello and welcome.

Margaret Ann Limbo here and we're going to start this experience with a quiet mind meditation.

So let's start by putting your awareness on your space.

Do you need to silence your cell phone?

Do you need to close a door so that you're not interrupted?

Find your sacred space and be comfortable inside your body.

Be in the moment.

To help be in the moment,

Start by being aware of how your feet touch the earth.

So if you're in a building where your feet are touching the floor,

Let's say,

Use your imagination and imagine that you have nice roots growing from the soles of your feet down through the foundation of the building and into Mother Earth.

Be like a tree with beautiful roots growing into the earth.

So that will help you stay grounded during this quiet mind meditation and also be aware of the crown of your head and how you're connected with the divine,

With the energy of you,

Around you,

The space that is energetic.

Your mental body,

Your emotional body,

Your physical body,

And your spiritual body.

And we're going to clear each one of those energy fields for each one of those bodies mentally,

Physically,

Spiritually,

And emotionally.

Not necessarily in that order.

And start now by lowering your eyelids.

Close your eyes,

Unless you like staring at the screen,

Which is fine with me,

As long as you're comfortable.

Be aware of your breath,

The inhalation and the exhalation.

I recommend that you breathe in through your nose and let your exhale also be through your nose.

I find it comforting to breathe in through the nose to the count of four and then exhale to the count of eight,

If possible.

Get to eight.

In other words,

Have your in-breath be shorter than your out-breath.

This helps you get grounded and focused in this moment.

Your tongue is on the roof of your mouth.

You're sitting upright,

Comfortable,

But with your spine straight,

With your head above your shoulders,

Not hanging forward,

But in alignment with your spine.

And speaking of your spine,

Let's start there.

Using visualization and your imagination,

Let's clear from inside your consciousness by imagining your spinal cord like a tube,

Like a glass even if you want,

But like a long tall glass.

Imagine from the base of your spine to the top of your neck that you're filling your spinal cord with light.

So to do this,

What I recommend is imagine that you're filling your spinal cord with light by breathing and sipping the energy up,

Just like you're sipping water up a straw.

You're sipping light up your spinal cord and it might take three,

Four,

Even six breaths to fill your spinal cord with light.

I find it easier to have my eyes closed and really get in there into my into your spinal cord and visualize that you're filling your spinal cord with light from the base of your spine all the way up to the top of your neck.

So using your breath and your imagination,

Clearing your spinal cord by filling it with light.

And as you fill your spinal cord with light,

Imagine that that light also comes all the way up to the crown of your head and it will essentially overflow around your physical body.

So now you have white light in your spinal cord and flowing around you on your physical body.

The vibration of clear white light is clearing out any negative thought forms that you may have had in the past days,

Weeks or months.

When you do this,

Find yourself relieved,

Relieved that you can let go of any thoughts,

Any energy that is no longer for your highest good.

You're replacing all those thoughts with blessings and well being with love and light.

Observe in your breath,

The inhale and the exhale.

When you inhale,

Observe how your body expands and when you exhale,

Let yourself release anything that's no longer for your highest good.

Breathing it out if you want,

You can imagine that the negative energy or anything that no longer serves you is now flowing out through the soles of your feet,

Through those beautiful white light roots,

Down into Mother Earth.

Let it all go.

Mother Earth knows how to process it,

How to transform and transmute it.

And do the same,

Not only with negative thought forms,

But now let's do that with emotions.

Emotions that you may have had in the past days,

Weeks or months that may have upset you,

That you seem to have the same repetitive thought again and again and again.

Now let's let's transform it by sending it into the light and let that light pour down through the soles of your feet,

Bringing those thought forms that no longer for your highest good and let it go out through the soles of your feet.

You might even feel a tingling on the soles of your feet.

I do.

The energy of that,

Of all that light and all those thought forms,

All those emotions that don't serve you anymore are now releasing and you're letting them go.

And as you're letting them go,

You're refilling your space,

Your sacred space,

The part that is your auric field with light,

Love and well-being,

Just by intending it.

Observing the breath,

The inhale and the exhale,

Reclaiming your power,

Reclaiming your light,

Remembering your spirit and realigning with your true spiritual nature,

Which is love.

And as you realign with love,

Remember that you are love and all that surrounds you and all that's attracted to you is love.

So to realign the spiritual body,

Let's bring the vibration of love,

Transformation and have the auric field,

Your aura,

The energy around you just swirling with love and goodness.

You may want to try using some purple light or for those of you that are gemstone enthusiasts,

Imagine yourself inside of an amethyst.

That's transforming anything that's no longer for your highest good and transmuting it.

And as you're inside this beautiful purple swirling light,

As it evolves and as the energy in your auric field,

Your energy body,

Continues to swirl and transform,

The light changes to the color pink.

And the color pink for soothing,

For comfort and to help you remember your true spiritual nature,

Which is love.

In fact,

The love that you are is coursing through your blood.

Breathe in that love energy and exhale the love energy.

Let the energy of love also flow through all your veins,

Through your lymphatic system,

Through your cells.

Every breath that you take,

The vibration of wellness,

Goodness and abundance and good health is being amplified.

Replacing anything that's no longer for your highest good.

Feeling a shift in your vibration because of your focus on love.

Feeling the energy of love swirling around you.

It's in front of you,

It's behind you,

It's above you and it's below you.

And it's also inside of you.

It's who you truly truly are.

And if for some reason you've gotten distracted,

Let's say you got distracted a few minutes ago or just right now,

Just bring your awareness to the fact that you did get distracted,

Which is fine,

And go back to observing the breath.

Your inhalation and your exhalation.

The inhalation and your exhalation.

As you breathe in and feeling more at peace now,

You realize that you were able to quickly,

Quickly let go of negative vibes.

And if for some reason those negative vibes are still hanging around,

Let's say something that you can't stop thinking about,

Go ahead and add that purple light around that thought form or that emotion.

Put it inside of an amethyst crystal ball and know that as you intend to transform that vibration,

You're essentially smudging yourself using your imagination,

Using creative visualization,

Without using any smoke,

Without using any kind of aromatherapy,

Without using anything but your intention.

And you have that power always.

You are a being of love and well and wellness.

And now you are realigned.

In fact,

Let's re-envision the chakras.

Be aware of the white light at the crown of your head,

An iridescent halo around your whole head.

And as you put your intention and attention on your third eye center,

Back behind the middle of your brain,

Back in the middle of your brain,

Beautiful indigo blue light,

Like cobalt blue.

And then bring the energy down and be aware of your throat chakra,

The neck area,

And a band of pastel blue light.

And all these colors are realigning and rebalancing your energy.

Your attention now on your heart chakra,

The center of your chest,

The green energy.

So you focus on the center of your chest,

But also imagine a band of green light all the way around you,

Right around the chest area.

So that includes behind you,

Your middle back,

Sending love into the past,

And sending love into the future,

And being in the present moment with love at the heart center,

Kindness and compassion.

The energy moves now down to your solar plexus,

Which is yellow in vibration,

And the energy in that space helps you amplify your empowerment.

Part of you that is self-confident and courageous.

Imagining the beautiful yellow light at your solar plexus,

Bringing the energy down into your sacral or navel chakra,

Just below the belly button.

And your lower back,

Beautiful orange light,

Activating your creativity and your ability to take action.

And then the beautiful red light down at the base of your spine,

And bringing that red energy down from your hip bones,

Down to below the soles of your feet,

Helping you stay grounded and focused with the colors red,

Black,

Gray,

And metallics.

Envisioning that you are firmly rooted,

Focused,

And aligned.

You are,

You are balanced,

You are aligned,

You are recalibrated and clear,

Feeling at peace,

Intending peace.

Now start to bring yourself more fully back from this meditative experience.

Be aware of your fingers and your toes.

Let yourself wiggle your fingers and your toes.

You might want to rotate your wrists,

Rotate your ankles,

Give gratitude for yourself,

For being present,

For showing up,

For being here,

Now.

Beautiful,

Good job,

Excellent.

Come all the way back,

Breathe a nice deep breath in,

And when you exhale,

If you haven't already opened your eyes,

Go ahead and open your eyes and feel the love that you are.
