This is a short Yoga Nidra session focused on breathwork, we'll be lying on the floor or in the bed. Make sure all distractions are disabled so you can relax fully for the short time. This session is meant mostly for newcomers that we want to welcome to Yoga Nidra. The best time to do Yoga Nidra is between 15 - 25 minutes for everybody. Everything over that time will be very deep and everything under the 15 minutes will be rather shallow, but still very helpful to your life. Please be mindful, yoga nidra is not the end or not just something to check on your to do list, but to really live effortlessly and experience more deeply everything that you do in life.

Namaste.

Are you ready to have a great morning?

Your guide Marcel Groux speaking.

Remove all distractions and lie down.

Start to inhale for 5 seconds.

And exhale for 6.

Continue this breathing.

And I welcome you to non-sleep,

Deep rest.

Again,

Inhale for 5 and exhale for 6.

Letting go completely.

To get all the benefits,

Please commit yourself to stay until the very end.

You can do it.

And you might want to add a little bit of a mmm sound when you're exhaling.

This is activating your vagus nerve and it's relaxing your entire being.

Every time you're inhaling,

Feel how you're getting heavier.

Feel how your whole body is connecting to the floor more intensely.

And every time you exhale,

Feel how you're light like a feather.

Feel heavier.

Every time you inhale,

Feel heavier and heavier.

Connecting more to the ground beneath you.

Feel how the earth is holding you.

And as you exhale,

Completely feeling how you're light like a feather in the wind.

One more time.

Inhale heavy.

Connected to the ground,

Connected to your roots.

Feel,

Imagine how roots are growing into the floor,

Holding you,

Giving you energy.

And as you're exhaling,

Feel how you're free and liberated of all the tension.

And from here,

You are invited to lift your knees and place your feet close to your bum.

Starting to balance your breathing right now by inhaling for six.

And exhaling for six.

Again,

Inhale for six.

And exhale for six.

Again.

And exhale.

And exhale.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Inhale six.

And exhale six.

And inhale six.

And exhale six.

And six.

And exhale six.

Good.

And from here,

Start to move your fingers.

Start to move your wrists.

Start to move your feet.

Start to move your elbows,

Your shoulders,

Your knees,

Everything right now.

Your body,

Your bum,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Everything coming back to your body.

Giving your body some love.

And I release you into your beautiful day ahead of you.

Much love,

And I hope to see you soon again.

Make sure you leave a little bit of a comment.

Send much love to all your friends around the world.

Namaste.
