Welcome to the ICU Meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to remind you that you are seen and to honor and celebrate you,
Your life and your radiant light.
There are times in our lives that we may not feel seen.
We are living life day in and day out and may feel a void of meaning and connection.
This may be invoked by a number of reasons,
From the past or projections of the future.
But for now,
For now,
What is relevant right now is that you are beautiful.
You are love.
You are light.
You are radiant.
And I see you.
Join me in a journey to recalibrate and realign to the light that is you.
We will start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Enjoy the gap between the breath in and the breath out.
A place of just wow.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel the wow.
And release.
Do a quick scan of your body.
Become aware of any resistance,
Tension,
Physical pain.
And release,
Release,
Release.
Allow the light of the universal divine to embrace your body.
Find the light from the crown of your head,
Through your head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Abdomen,
Pelvic area,
Thighs,
Knees,
And calves.
And out through the soles of your feet,
Back to the core of the pristine earth.
