Hi,

This is Mina.

Welcome to Doing the Best That I Can,

Inspiring Acceptance,

Compassion,

And Trust Meditation.

The intention of this meditation is to release resistance in the form of self-judgment,

Doubt,

And guilt,

And to catalyze within you acceptance,

Compassion,

And trust,

Knowing that you are always doing the best that you can.

You can only do your best.

We ask that this meditation serve your highest good.

Let's start with some grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Another deep breath in.

And release.

Savor that sweet spot between the breath in and the breath out.

That intimate space of infinite calm,

Quiet,

And peace.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

The journey to freedom comes by releasing the patterns of self-judgment,

Doubt,

And guilt.

These resistant feelings are all expressions of self-judgment over the past.

It is easy to look at the past and optimize what you could have done or said.

But the past is over.

And at that moment,

You only had the capacity to do your best.

The best with what you had.

The best with what you knew.

The best with who you were.

Your best.

Each moment in the past,

You only had your best.

Conversely,

For the future,

No one is sure what the future holds.

Holding onto resistant feelings regarding the future does not serve.

Just as in the past,

All you can do in the future is your best.

Let go of judgment.

Let go of guilt.

Let go of all resistance.

And just be present in your now.

Trust.

Your best will have to be the best.

Trust.

Your best is the best.

Let's let go of all resistance associated with self-judgment,

Doubt,

And guilt.

At any point,

If a direction does not resonate with you,

It is okay.

Remain connected to your body.

Surrender and trust that your body will always know what to do.

We will start at your head and slowly work our way down to your feet.

Become aware of your head,

Face,

And jaw.

Understand it and identify resistance in the form of self-doubt,

Judgment,

Or guilt.

This may be in the form of physical pain,

Tightness,

Numbness,

Or tension.

It may be mental thoughts.

It can be emotional feelings.

It could be spiritual beliefs.

Feel into your head.

Open yourself up to receive any messages.

Acknowledge any messages that you may have received.

Let your resistance know that you feel it and see it and hear it.

Messages may be in the form of emotions,

May feel like judgment,

An ability to let go,

Or forgive.

Messages may be in the form of a color,

Or an image,

Or a situation,

An incident,

Or a person.

Acknowledge the message.

Trust that your body will show you what you need to know,

Either now or when you are ready.

Appreciate the sensations and messages you are connected to,

The emotions,

The stories.

Pain is an opportunity to grow and expand.

With the case of judgment,

It is an opportunity to learn to surrender to acceptance,

Compassion,

And trust.

And now,

After becoming aware,

Acknowledging,

And appreciating the resistance,

Release,

Release,

Release,

Release all of the judgment through the top,

Back,

Or front of your head.

Release and let it go all back to the universe.

Surrender your pain to the universe.

If you are not sure,

Trust your intention will release all of the resistance.

We will continue this pattern working our way down.

At this point,

Focus on your neck.

Become aware of any resistance,

Tightness,

Pain.

Touch any messages.

Appreciate the messages,

The opportunity to grow.

And release.

Release all the tension.

Your neck,

Your throat.

Release.

Moving onto your shoulders,

Become aware of any sensations.

Tightness.

Numbness.

Feel into any messages.

Acknowledge.

Feel it.

Hear it.

See it.

Appreciate your opportunity to connect,

Grow,

And expand.

And release.

Release all the tension from your shoulders back to the universe.

Back to the universe.

Moving onto your arms and hands.

Becoming aware,

Aware of any sensations,

Resistance.

Acknowledging any messages.

Appreciating the opportunity to grow.

And release.

Release.

Release all the resistance back to the universe.

Guide your attention to your chest and heart.

Become aware.

Tightness.

Sadness.

Anger.

Loss.

Acknowledge any messages,

Stories,

Feelings.

Appreciate the opportunity to connect and grow.

And release.

Release back to universe.

Imagine beautiful universal divine light filling your heart.

Beautiful light of love,

Acceptance,

Surrender,

And trust filling your heart.

Filling any holes,

Any feelings of loss.

Beautiful.

Guide your focus to your abdomen.

Your lower back.

Become aware.

Any physical sensations.

Any tension.

Acknowledge any messages.

Appreciate the opportunity to expand and connect.

And release.

Release all resistance through your abdomen,

Your lower back.

Release all resistance.

Moving to your pelvis area.

Connect.

To your glutes.

Become aware of any physical sensations.

Tightness.

Numbness.

Acknowledge.

Any messages.

Acknowledge.

Any messages.

And appreciate.

Appreciate the opportunity to feel in,

To connect.

To grow,

To expand,

And release.

Release all resistance.

Connecting with your legs,

From your thighs,

Knees,

And calves.

Feeling it to resistance of any form.

Tightness in your muscles.

Numbness.

Pain of any form.

Become aware.

Acknowledge any messages.

Acknowledge any visions.

Acknowledge any colors.

Acknowledge any emotions.

Appreciate your opportunity to connect,

To feel,

To grow,

To expand.

And release.

And finally,

Pulling your attention to your feet.

Feeling and becoming aware of any form of pain or resistance.

Acknowledge any message.

Appreciate.

The gift of growth and expansion and connection.

And release.

Release all resistance to the core of the earth.

Release all through your body.

Scan your body once more.

Feel into any resistance.

See if you've missed anything.

Become aware.

Acknowledge.

Appreciate.

And release.

Take a deep breath in.

Of acceptance.

Take a deep breath in.

Of compassion.

And take a deep breath in.

Of trust.

And release.

Enjoy the sensations.

Your body may be tingling now.

Surrender to the pleasure and sensations in your body.

Bathe your body with universal divine light.

Light of acceptance.

Light of compassion.

Light of trust.

Light of appreciation.

Light of love.

Showering you from the top of your head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Chest,

Heart,

Back,

Abdomen,

Pelvis,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Feet,

The front of your body,

Back of your body,

The top of your body,

The bottom of your feet.

Shower yourself in beautiful,

Divine light.

Light of acceptance.

Light of compassion.

Light of trust.

Light of surrender.

You have only done your best.

You are doing your best.

You will always do your best.

Your best is the best.
