I invite you to take a moment and to choose something that you worry about and that you.

.

.

If you have nothing to worry about,

Then it's good news.

If you have something that you are worried about,

Choose a subject that you want to work with now.

You can have it substantial,

But something that you can take today.

So now we set the intention.

I wish I want and I choose,

I intend to embrace in a mature and a responsible way this situation and all its possible risks,

Embracing myself and my emotions in the process,

Preparing in a lucid,

Honest and a courageous way to all different possibilities to come.

This is my intention and prayer.

So you can let it install.

And that's very good.

Now we will do the third stage in which we will become aware and write down or record the situation,

The possible risks and how our wish to handle it.

Okay,

So we'll take a couple of minutes,

Yeah,

Because now we do it together and we don't have so much time,

So we'll take two,

Three minutes for this part.

So just in essential bullet points,

What are we worried about and how do we wish to take care of it?

Yeah,

Alright.

Okay.

As you write down already,

Feel also your body and the emotions.

Focus on the outer,

But embrace also the inner.

Focus on the outer,

But embrace also the inner.

Focus on the outer,

But embrace also the inner.

We'll give it another 30 seconds.

And that's very good.

What we have is good.

We have a grip.

When you do it at home,

You can do it also much longer and just have it very well in detail.

And now we become aware of the other side.

See,

Okay,

How much I don't want to think about it,

How much distress it causes me to think about these things.

Take a moment and do this as the first stage.

How much I want to just do something pleasant,

I want to do something else.

You can note down or record how it feels,

The wish to avoid worrying,

The wish to avoid thinking about these things,

The wish to avoid the pain.

And also the pain itself of these thoughts,

How it actually hurts.

And now try to get this feeling,

Okay?

And when did you feel this before in your life?

And feel the past,

The undigested past emotions,

And aim to embrace that.

Embrace the past you,

The child you,

Or whenever it is that you felt.

Okay?

We'll take 30 seconds more to feel the emotional side.

Maybe you feel angry with it,

Maybe disappointed,

Maybe guilty,

Maybe anxious,

Maybe afraid,

Maybe shivering,

What you feel.

And now we move to the next stage in which we look at these things together.

I have a wish to solve this situation,

And I have the wish to avoid the pain of thinking of it.

Embrace.

I am this and I am that.

They are both good.

It's good that I wish to avoid the pain of it,

And it's good that I want to solve it.

And now in this embracive inner state we move to make a lucid plan.

What shall we do?

Embracing our emotions in the process,

And here you can write down or record a few bullet points.

So what to do?

Embrace.

Embrace.

In the process embrace the body,

Embrace your emotions.

Heads on,

Look at the situation,

What to do with it?

Embrace.

Embrace.

We'll take another minute for this.

And that's very good.

We move to the next stage which is just to feel and embrace our emotions,

Our body.

How does it feel now that we looked heads on in this situation?

Did we have a plan or at least the beginning of a plan?

Let's just take a few last moments and just relax,

Associating this whole process of lucid preparation with deep relaxation.

And that's very good.
