Deep breath.
This meditation is made for those in the service industry.
It could be any service,
But specifically the restaurant world,
Which I know from first hand can be extremely toxic and it can leave you feeling depleted and exhausted and unappreciated.
So if you're like me and maybe you're overwhelmed,
You're having dreams about work,
Three o'clock in the morning thinking about that side of ketchup you forgot,
You may just be feeling empty and this is your space to just let go,
To feel seen,
To know that everyone on this track with you who's listening understands your heart.
A wise woman once told me,
We're serving tables,
Not saving lives.
So just remember that as you rest here.
Give yourself permission to be human and know that you've done enough today.
Inhale with me through the nose.
Let go through the mouth.
Take a few deep breaths here.
Maybe scanning,
Thinking about the day,
Each guest you encountered,
Maybe any mistakes or regrets.
As we get angry at each other,
Offering grace to yourself,
To your co-workers,
To your guests,
Your bosses,
But mostly yourself.
This is where you're at right now and that's okay.
Deep breaths.
Fill the belly with air and then release.
Notice if there's any specific tension in the body and use the breath to move energy there to release the tension.
Maybe placing a pillow underneath your knees to elevate the legs.
Squeezing your palms now.
Make fists and inhale.
Tightening the belly,
The eyebrows.
Squeezing.
Release all of the muscles with an exhale.
We're going to do that a few times.
Feel the tension of the day rise in your body.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze from your toes to your forehead.
Release.
One more time.
Squeeze the fists,
The belly,
The legs,
The face.
Release.
You have done enough today.
I'm going to start clearing your energy.
If you would like to continue meditating without receiving energy healing,
You may do so.
If you would like to receive,
Just simply nod or say yes aloud to align with this energy.
The field is constantly being accessed by many people.
If you're sensitive to energy,
It's a lot.
You can find yourself feeling overwhelmed.
Taking on other people's emotions and pain and wanting so bad to be seen.
Some people are just committed to their misery.
You don't have to take that on.
Your job is just to give love.
Now it's your job to receive so that you can be a full cup.
Just breathe.
Notice.
Receive.
Lower your shoulders down half an inch.
Place the left hand over the heart and the right over the belly.
Just become present with yourself right now.
You are loved.
You are appreciated.
You are abundant.
You are valuable.
You are safe.
Tell yourself,
I am appreciated.
I am loved.
I am abundant.
I am valuable.
I am safe.
I know your heart is hurting.
And I know that you know you are meant for more.
Just for this moment,
Just relax into where you are right now.
Acceptance is healing.
You are enough.
Let yourself be clothed in light and love.
Inhale through the top of the head.
Exhale through the bottoms of the feet.
Letting mother earth take everything that is heavy or dense and recycle and renew it.
Be blessed.
Be abundant.
Be seen.
