She is an ERYT 500, been practicing Yoga since 2008 and teaching for over a decade. She teaches Vinyasa Flow/ Power Flow Yoga classes including Yin and SUP Yoga. Her teaching style inspires an energizing practice to lift your spirit while cultivating a healthy body and mind.
