Welcome to this meditation.
Today's practice will help you feel true and unconditional happiness.
Start by choosing a very comfortable position and allow your body to relax.
Close your eyes if you wish.
Your attention is on the rhythm of your breathing.
Notice how it feels to breathe in and out deeply.
Breathe in calm and tranquility and breathe out any tension your body has been holding.
Your mind is calm and your body completely relaxed.
You are connected to the infinite being that you are,
Forgetting about social rules or tasks to accomplish.
How does this moment of connection make you feel?
All that matters now is being you and feeling whatever your heart desires.
Relaxing to this pure feeling.
The same happens with unconditional happiness,
There is nothing to be forced.
You are allowed to feel happy for no apparent reason.
You were born with the natural ability to generate the feeling of happiness.
It is a state of grace and wholeness.
Enjoy your ride to be happy.
You are the creator of your emotions regardless of what happens outside.
To strengthen this state of happiness and help your body generate that magical feeling,
Visualize a situation,
Personal place that genuinely makes you happy.
Connect deeply with this joyful memory.
How does your body react to it?
Where does happiness live inside of you?
Is it a sense of calm or excitement?
Is it a feeling of lightness in your mind or goosebumps on your skin?
Let your version of happiness flow right now.
Allow it to travel through your body and mind without any restrictions.
You deserve it.
Breathe deeply,
Feeling every part of your body being nourished.
Smile to yourself.
Let that smile serve as a gesture of appreciation for the sublime feeling that you are generating.
Light comes naturally from within.
By experiencing unconditional bliss,
You raise not only your well-being but also the vibration of the environment around you.
Send that feeling to your loved ones.
Wish them happiness.
You are capable of impacting the world more than you can imagine.
By spreading goodness,
You instantly feel good.
This is your benevolence being honored.
Let the feeling of happiness and peace of mind expand without limits.
There is no specific reason required,
Neither an achievement in the physical world.
Your soul is happy and that's enough.
Breathe in that renewed energy.
Notice how simple and effortless that was.
Nothing has the power to take away your happiness unless you allow it.
Take another deep breath,
Enjoying the fresh air that enters your body.
