This is your one minute wind down.

Firstly find a quiet place where you are unlikely to be interrupted and make yourself comfortable.

We will begin and end this meditation by bringing our awareness to the full length of the sound of a chime.

To begin bring your awareness to the present moment.

And as you take a deep breath in,

Consciously breathing in relaxation into your body.

And as you breathe out allowing your shoulders to relax and letting go of any tension.

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out letting go of any tension.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out letting go of any tension.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out letting go of any tension in the body.
