You can leave the worries of the day behind.
No need to think about the past or the future.
Bring your attention to this present moment and completely surrender.
Let's get started.
Make yourself comfortable and when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking some long slow deep breaths.
As you breathe in,
Feel your belly rise and as you breathe out,
Feel your belly fall.
Now take your awareness to your whole body doing a body scan and allowing any areas of tightness in your body to soften and melt away.
Your whole body relaxes more with every exhalation,
Releasing any tension and allowing your shoulders to completely relax.
Every exhalation you're allowing your body to surrender even more.
Visualize for a moment a blackboard in front of you and write down anything on the blackboard that is on your mind.
Any concerns,
Fears or worries.
Anything that takes you away from your stillness,
Write it on the blackboard.
It is your opportunity to let go of your thoughts,
Your concerns,
Your fears or your worries.
Now that we have your whole body completely relaxed,
Completely still,
You start to feel as if you're becoming lighter and lighter and visualize yourself floating upwards.
See yourself rising up and you continue rising until you're floating on light white fluffy clouds.
You are calm,
Your breathing is deep and flowing and your body is still and peaceful.
You look out and you see big fluffy white clouds above you,
To the right of you,
To the left of you and below you.
You are in the midst of a vast cloudscape and you now sense that you're gently moving with the soft breeze.
The movement is slow and relaxing.
This is your space of calm.
This is your time.
You are safe and you're at peace.
