We will begin and end the meditation with the sound of a chime.
Let's get started.
Make yourself comfortable.
You can simply focus your eyes on something you find relaxing or gently close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking some long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
On the inhalation the belly is rising and the exhalation the belly is falling.
We want to extend the exhalation so we start to calm the nervous system and prime it ready for a confident day ahead.
And now just go back into your normal rhythm of breathing.
In your mind's eye visualize yourself in your happy place.
Wherever that place is for you,
Maybe it's in the forest,
The mountains,
At the beach,
In a tree house,
Maybe it's in another country.
Where is your favorite happy place?
Tune in and connect with your happy place.
That place where you feel completely relaxed and calm.
See yourself sitting in your happy place and really feel the energy of that place for you.
Allow the peaceful,
Happy energy,
Thoughts,
And feelings to be a part of you right now.
Filling every cell in your body.
Now that you have connected with your happy place,
Let's start with your personal foundation,
The core of who you are and what your life journey is about.
We'll start with asking these two simple yet really powerful questions.
The first question is what is most important to you right now?
And the next question,
What do you really want right now?
Give yourself the space and the time to reflect on these questions and connecting to the core of who you are and what's most important to you.
What is most important to me right now?
And what do I want right now?
Hear what you hear,
Feel what you feel,
And see what you see.
Now it's time to leave your happy place.
Knowing you can go back there at any time,
It's your own place where you feel calm,
Happy,
And peaceful.
Bringing your attention back to focusing on your breath and bring your awareness back to your body.
Feeling your feet on the ground and wriggling your toes and fingers.
You have taken the time to really optimize your day and remember that everything you ever need is inside of you.
