Hello divine soul and welcome to this inner child meditation of acknowledgement and love Let us begin by getting comfortable either in a seated position or lying down Flat on your back for this kind of process you may even feel called to be in a fetal position Depending on what you need today Just be conscious of your spine and your breathing that you are able to breathe deeply into your belly Allowing that spine to be beautifully straight and aligned begin by tapping into Your breath knowledge the presence of your guides Here always to keep you safe to guard you Imagine that they are surrounding you with a soft blanket of comforting energy breathe this comforting energy directly into your heart and Breathe it out at the base of your spine grounding breathing into your heart and Allowing that to become slow and deeper exhaling through the base of your spine Allowing that to travel down the spine from the heart creating a circuit that opens the heart and Grounds you down into your body and into the earth on the next breath we're going to allow the visualization or the imagination of each of the chakras Lighting up as the breath moves from the heart to the solar plexus Which is at that point where the ribs meet?

And then to the sacral Somewhere around the belly button and then out the base of your spine or your root chakra now I'm going to count to five Take a deep breath in with each count again in through your heart Lighting up the solar plexus Lighting up the solar plexus the Sacral chakra and then out the base of your spine if the visualization stresses you out You're welcome to bring it back to the basics of in through the heart Out through the spine and just trust your guides to assist with the rest Once we reach the count of five Allow the image of your inner child to show up They could be anywhere from newborn to seven years of age and in some cases Perhaps you will have your preteen or your teen showing up just trust That whatever form they show up in today Is exactly what is needed breathing in one and allowing it to flow down?

The spot the base To and as you breathe in here allowing yourself to go deeper into your psyche three Taking yourself into a maxed state of mind for breathing in peace and and five and allowing your imagination To call up the image of your inner child approaching you take note of The a and how they present perhaps there Are certain symbols showing up certain gestures that give you clues?

Maybe even an item of clothing that you recognize from your past provide your inner child with the opportunity to Speak and to share Whether it's with actual words gestures with pointing telepathy Symbols they are you after all and you are the best one to understand ask them Understand ask them what they need and what they want brace them hold them and tell them What they need to hear listen to them hold space for their feelings Tell them It's all going to be provide for them Love and support,

But you and I will allow you some time to move through this process And now it's time to come and we will count to five breathing in deeply and allowing ourselves to become present and away to the count of five one allowing yourself to Let go of any of the images any of the visualizations to becoming more and more conscious three Wiggling your fingers and your toes for almost fully awake five fully awake fully conscious and Go and ground this experience now by journaling about it and see what kinds of insights May come through.
