My name is Carla and welcome to this course to reprogram yourself and to shift your vibration to align you with your birthright of abundance,
To align you with that energy that you already are.
So take your time now to settle down,
To get comfortable,
To allow yourself to do this shifting work.
You can choose to sit down or if you prefer to lie flat on your back,
That is also perfectly acceptable.
What is most important is that you bring a beautiful elongation into your spine and that you are able to relax.
Maybe you roll your shoulders and your neck as you allow yourself to find that perfect space of comfort and even as you move and shift to find that alignment,
Allow yourself to begin to tap into your breath.
If your breathing does not align with the guided breathing,
Don't worry,
Just breathe at your own pace.
If you take more breaths or fewer breaths,
It really does not matter.
It is more important for you to relax.
In this first meditation,
You are guided to meet your abundance guide.
If nothing appears at first,
Don't worry,
You can always redo the session.
Do not concern yourself with wondering whether it's your imagination or it is in fact the truth.
Your imagination is a powerful manifester.
Allow your imagination to create this guide.
It is the same thing as real.
The imagination is real.
The brain does not know the difference between what is imagined and what is quote unquote real.
In order to program your mind,
Your imagination is key.
Trust your imagination and master this divine tool.
Grant yourself permission for the stomach to expand and simply grant yourself permission to relax as you take in each divine and delicious breath into your body.
In this session today,
We will embark upon meeting your abundance guide.
This guide will carry you right through this program and aid you in shifting into alignment with that vibration that is your birthright.
Take your breath in fully.
Hold for just a microsecond and release,
Letting out an audible sigh,
Letting go of any of the distractions or the tensions that have already come into your day.
Just really giving yourself permission to be present here,
To indulge in the deliciousness of your breathing,
Of your stillness.
And we are going to take 10 breaths like this,
Holding just for a moment before letting go and with each of those breaths,
You will sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
You will sink deeper and deeper into your own psyche,
Your own being,
Your subconscious.
Simply allow yourself to go deep within and to enter that place where you can plant seeds,
Where you can communicate,
Where you can make the magic happen.
Inhale whole.
Exhale one.
Sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Inhale two.
Allowing yourself to relax,
To release.
Inhale three.
Feeling a sense of calm washing over you.
Inhale four.
Feeling a wave of relaxation allowing you to drift deeper and deeper.
Inhale five.
Sinking deeper and deeper into a peaceful,
Calm state of being.
Inhale six.
Deeper still into that relaxation.
Inhale seven.
Letting go of your day,
Letting go of anything that is no longer serving you.
Releasing,
Relaxing.
Inhale eight.
Feeling that connection.
Inhale nine.
Allowing yourself to fully integrate a deep,
Calm,
Peaceful state of mind.
Inhale ten.
Sinking fully into complete relaxation.
You cannot possibly be more relaxed than what you are right now in this present moment.
And as you feel that space of calm,
That sense of relaxation and ease,
Allow yourself to imagine that you are in a sacred,
Peaceful garden,
A garden within yourself.
Allow yourself to construct this garden in the most beautiful and perfect way,
In any way that pleases you.
Maybe there are trees and birds,
A river or a fountain.
Whatever pleases your senses in this moment,
Indulge in the sounds,
In the smells,
In the feeling of the peacefulness of this garden.
And in a moment,
You will meet a guiding spirit who is here to help you to align with your truth,
With the truth of the vibration of abundance,
Enoughness,
Worthiness,
Love.
For these are the same energies.
Take a deep breath and allow this guiding spirit to step forward.
Give a smile to your guide.
Give thanks and set your intentions together.
State your willingness to align with abundance,
To follow through on this course.
I will provide time now for you to have communication with your abundance guide.
Allow words and symbols to flow.
Be open and receptive.

Beginning to feel yourself back in your body.

Maybe beginning to wiggle your fingers.

Maybe smiling at yourself.
Four.
Waking gently up.
Five.
Allowing the power that you are carrying from deep within yourself up into the waking life.
Six.
Allowing that power to be integrated.
Allowing the relationship with your guide to carry through.
Seven.
Feeling already as though you are a new person.
Eight.
Stepping into the infinity,
The eternity of the beingness,
The abundance that is you in waking life.

Feeling complete,
Allowing it to embed.
Ten.
You are awake in this new version of you.
This new abundant you.
