We'll begin by getting in a comfortable position so you can sit up with your spine nice and tall on a cushion or a pillow.
Maybe you have your back against the wall or maybe you decide to lay down coming into a savasana,
Your legs out long and your palms resting by your side facing down.
Before you feel ready,
Start taking big deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inhale,
Feeling your stomach and ribcage fully expanding and exhale,
Release and let go.
Inhale and exhale,
Let go of any tension that you're carrying,
Any thoughts that you're carrying from the day.
Allow yourself to tell them that you'll get back to them later and just be present,
Be here in this moment.
Take one more big deep breath in and exhale,
Let it go.
Starting to come into your mind's eye,
Tuning into your intuition center,
Your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows,
Right above the base of your nose.
Let's go on a journey with an imagining.
Think of the moment when you were first born,
The moment when you traveled from the stars and into the womb.
Think of the moments as you were growing in the womb and what you experienced and then think of the moment when you traveled out of the womb and into the physical earth,
The moment when you were born alive,
Free and out into the world.
Think of the moment when you first opened your eyes and you saw the caretaker who held you in your arms and gave you so much love.
Think of the moment when both of your eyes met and you expressed gratitude for their help in safely arriving earth side.
Think of the moments when your brain started to develop and you could see,
Think and act for yourself.
How did it feel to be free?
Free in your own thoughts,
Free in your own body.
Think of the moments when you started to develop relationships outside of your caretakers.
Who made you feel good and how did they help shape you?
Think of the moments when you let go of programming and conditioning and found true self-love.
How did it feel to truly love yourself despite what the world was telling you?
And think of the moments after you found that self-love and what you attracted into your vibrational field.
What were you a vibrational match to?
How did you align with the things and the people that made you feel good?
Bring that back into your body now.
And now start to think of the moment that you birthed a soul into this world.
It can be a physical being or a project,
A love for something,
A relationship,
Whatever is coming up.
How have you shown this soul love?
How did you help them in their journey?
How can you show up for them the way that your caretakers or relationships throughout your existence has showed up for you?
Take a few moments to reflect on what has made you feel good as a child and how you can bring that into your child's life or whatever you are a mother to,
Whatever you are nurturing.
Take some time to reflect on how strong you are for your ability to hold space for another human or a thing.
Think of the strength that it takes to protect them at all costs,
Even if it's to your detriment.
That is strength.
That is power.
Spend some time to honor yourself and allow any messages and guidance to come through to you and trust whatever is coming up.

Back into this physical space.

Deep breath in,
Your biggest inhale yet.
Hold it at the top and exhale,
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
