And we are lucky enough to perceive with this sensitivity we are connected to the big mind,
Or at least on the right path.
I encourage you that while you settle in your meditative attitude,
You also leave space to observe if there is any doubt in you regarding a specific situation,
Such as what course of action to take before it.
Experience the sensations that emerge at this moment.
If you have gained a little more calm or a little more openness,
Take your attention to that situation that you want to take care of.
Contemplate it from this state.
And for now,
Try to prolong this attentive state.
