Hello, Welcome to this excerpt from the second audio of Ingredients for Awakening. I am Luis Marquez and today we are going to address our awakening. Spiritual awakening is the main objective, Explicitly or implicitly, Of all religions and spiritual practices. This definitive transformation is within reach for anyone. Therefore, It is our responsibility and our inevitable destiny. This division that we experience between us and the rest of reality is the basis of all our problems. We can only find liberation by dissolving our constraining personality, A dying before death. In fact, Spiritual awakening is practically a rebirth. This fulfillment is usually the culmination of a long process, Which often involves small awakenings and insights, That with time become more subtle and deeper. Strengthen your presence as you breathe in the light and the space that surrounds you. A great tranquility is enveloping you. Maybe you can feel a thread of love inside you. It is as subtle as it is enchanting. You have entered a wonderful state of calm and joy. Be aware of this state of grace where everything feeds. Namaste.
