Hello everyone,
Let us begin our meditation.
I would like to start by inviting everyone to find yourself sitting in a relaxed and comfortable position where you can feel most comfortable without any tension on your body.
And then slowly close your eyes gently,
Just like you are about to fall asleep.
Relax very truly,
Beginning from the top of your head.
Relax down to forehead,
Eyebrows,
Loose eyelids.
If you feel that your eyelids are too heavy,
Reopen your eyes and close them down more gently.
Relax every muscle on your face,
Making them feeling soft.
Clear all the thoughts in your head,
Making them feeling light.
And continue down to the neck,
Shoulder,
Arms,
Forearms,
All the way down to the tips of your hands.
Adjusting your back and body properly,
Free from all the tension that may arise.
Relax your abdomen,
Allowing yourself breathe in and breathe out more easily.
Continue to relax further from your hip to your legs,
Knees,
All the way down to the bottom of your feet.
Making sure that the whole body feeling most comfortable from this moment.
When you finding yourself adjusting properly,
You would be content to stay in this position as long as you like without further adjustment.
You would feel that your whole body is disappear or transparent,
Feeling light and empty,
Like you could float or fly in the air.
When you are done adjusting yourself,
Continue to adjust the mind.
Empty your mind,
Putting down everything aside on this moment.
Imagine that you are alone in a place that you like to be by yourself,
Like on top of a mountain.
Or somewhere in the garden near the river,
Under the tree,
In a vast open space,
Making you feeling calm and peaceful,
Where there is nothing to disturb or bother you.
Then take a deep breath.
Slowly breathing out,
Bring back your mind as you breathe in and rest it inside gently around your abdomen or at any point that you feel just right to rest your mind.
Create a thought,
Empty the mind as you breathe out.
And begin to observe the mind using your feeling from this moment.
Feeling that your mind is present inside your body and making yourself become like an observer.
Observe your own mind,
Maintain it inside while you stay relaxed both body and mind.
No need to rush or forcing our mind to become still or stop thinking.
Let it rest,
Let it stay and observe peacefully.
Sometime the mind may wandering outside,
Slowly bring back your mind inside by lightly imagine the sunshine inside yourself at the place where you rest your mind.
Observe the sun,
Let it shine inside.
Should your thought arise disturb your inner peace,
That is alright,
Let it be,
Let it come and let it go without following your thought.
Instead calm the mind down by recite the mantra at your own pace inside your mind.
You may use your own mantra or the following mantra if you like.
And the mantra is Araham Continue reciting the mantra in the mind.
Until the sound of the mantra fade away or disappear which is the sign that you have find inner peace.
You can choose to visualize the sun and recite the mantra as you like.
You can choose to do both or do just either one according to how you feel.
Let us continue finding inner peace together from this moment.
Continue on in silence until the appropriate time.

Stay within your body after the meditation as long as you can.
So you can be mindful and be with inner peace in everything you do or wherever you go.
