To begin with this meditation,
I want you to be completely comfortable,
So either lay down or sit down.
If you have a blanket or a cover to put over you,
You can wrap yourself up,
Feeling warm and cosy.
Once you are comfortable,
Feel your body sinking into the surface below you.
As you let go of any stress,
You fully relax and sink slowly into the surface,
Letting go.
Take a moment to focus on your breathing.
Without changing your breathing,
Just notice the pattern.
And then together,
We will begin to breathe to a deeper level.
So when you are ready,
Follow my count of breathing in.

Within this moment of relaxation,
It's important to clear your mind,
Feel calm and peaceful.
So with this deep state of relaxation,
Give yourself a few moments to listen to your mind before we say goodbye to these thoughts.
So take a moment and just listen to your thoughts.
And now we shall take any of the negative thoughts and push them aside.
Push them aside.
We will do that using our minds.
Every time I say shh,
I want you to come back to your mind as it's normal that it may wander.
Bring your thoughts back and continue to push any negativity away.
With our breathing,
We will breathe in and then when we breathe out,
We will be releasing these thoughts and letting go of any tension and negativity.

Bring your breathing back to your own comfortable pattern.
And now focus on emptying your mind.
Just be calm and take away these thoughts by pushing them aside.

Feeling happy and positive as we let go of today's stress.
And we can count some more breaths together.

Bring yourself back to my voice.
Any thoughts making their way into your mind,

And now I'm going to gather all of the negative energy that is left in your body and together we can push this negative energy away from you.
Leaving you happy and positive.

Right now,
Begin by focusing on your toes.
You can move them around.
But just notice how they feel.
Gather any negativity they hold.

Stop moving them.

Working your way up to your legs.
You can move them side to side.
Notice how they feel.

Let them lay still as the negative energy passes its way up to your hips.
Up to your stomach and through your back.
It's all floating away from you.
As you focus on each area,
You are then leaving this area fully relaxed.
Just listen to my voice for this moment.
As we push the negative energy up again to the chest,
Up to our shoulders,
You can move them up and down.
And as you move them back to a comfortable position,
The energy is released down to your arms and fingers.
The energy is moving up to your neck.
And stretch.
Focusing on your neck and up to your head.
A final deep breath to blow away this negative energy that we have gathered all the way from our toes up our bodies to our heads where we will now let go and be completely relaxed.
