Hello,
Welcome to this lunch break meditation.
This meditation is a mindful moment for you to take during the day when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
It is important in these moments to be calm and to let go of any pressure that you feel.
Maybe right now you are stressed due to work or school.
Maybe a colleague is making you feel stressed or your boss is driving you crazy.
Or it's simply the stress of everyday life that has brought you here.
But whatever it is,
Just know that it is not important right now.
This is time for you to unwind.
It's a moment of peace for you to let go of negative feelings and to remember that you and your mental wellbeing is all that matters.
So to begin,
Make sure that you are comfortable.
Preferably somewhere where you will not be disturbed.
If you can,
Then close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathing in and out.
Clear your mind of any worries or stress by focusing on my voice and focusing on your breathing.
As you breathe in,
Allow yourself to be calm.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any thoughts.
Breathe in this calm feeling and as you exhale,
Imagine that you are releasing any tension from your body.
Breathing in and out,
Letting go of any tension.
Sometimes it is important to have a positive reminder in the day,
So I'm going to say some positive affirmations for you and I want you to repeat them to yourself.
You can repeat them either in your mind or out loud,
Whatever is better for you.
With every word I say,
I want you to repeat them and fully feel and fully believe that each of these affirmations are true.
So take a deep breath in and out and repeat after me.
I deserve time to recharge.
I am doing my best.
I believe in myself.
No one can make me feel inferior.
I know my worth.
I am strong.
I am getting stronger every day.
I was not made to give up.
I am worthy of my dreams.
Whatever challenges come my way,
I can overcome them.
I can succeed and I will.
I can do this.
Repeat these affirmations anytime that you are doubting yourself or experiencing stressful situations,
And within time you will begin to allow these affirmations to be true.
You will feel every word and you will know that you really do deserve this moment to feel calm and to bring this positivity into your day.
Remember each of these words today.
