I hope that you've had a lovely day today.
I just wanted to do a quick,
Little,
Soft-spoken bit of reassurance before bed,
As sometimes you just need a reminder that everything is going to be okay.
And sometimes it's difficult to remind yourself that,
So it's good to hear it from someone else.
It's good when someone can say to you,
No matter what is going on right now in your life,
No matter what it is that you're going through,
You're going to get through it and everything is going to be okay.
You are going to be okay.
Anything on your mind right now is going to be okay.
And I know sometimes it can be hard to remind yourself that it's going to be okay.
So that's why I'm here to do it for you,
Because we all go through times that are difficult,
But we all make it through in the end.
If you think back on your life,
You've got through so much,
You're stronger than you even know.
You're so strong and you don't even fully realize the strength that you have within you,
Because you will get through this and you should know that.
You should know your strength within you and know that everything is going to be okay.
I know that we can't control everything,
But still things are going to work out.
Just give it time.
It may feel difficult right now,
But give it time and you'll see that it will all be okay.
There will be a time again when you feel complete and utter happiness and you will look back on this time of your life and you will say,
Wow,
I was so strong and I got through so much.
That time will come and you will feel so happy.
Just know that you will get through this.
You will find a time again where you can fully relax and feel completely happy and feel fully rested.
Everything is going to be okay.
And any time that you doubt yourself,
Doubt your strength or question if it's going to be okay,
I want you to take a moment,
Take a deep breath in and release any of these thoughts as you breathe out.
Let go of any thoughts that are holding you back and remind yourself everything is going to be okay.
Say to yourself,
I am going to get through this.
I am strong.
Everything is going to be okay.
Repeat it to yourself now.
I am going to get through this.
I am strong.
Everything is going to be okay.
Okay.
Now I hope that you can get some rest,
Take some time to relax so that you can wake up in the morning with a fresh mindset and you can remind yourself that it's all going to be okay.
