Hey,

I am going to be repeating some positive affirmations for you to listen to and repeat whenever you are feeling hopeless.

By repeating these affirmations to yourself,

You will be changing your mindset from feeling negative and unhappy,

To seeing that you can overcome this feeling and all of these hard times.

You are strong and you will get through this,

You just have to take a moment to remind yourself that everything will be okay.

So repeat these affirmations after me to yourself,

Out loud or in your mind.

I can overcome this moment.

I am stronger than I feel.

I deserve to be happy.

I belong right here.

I am more valuable than I know.

I am capable of feeling good,

Positive and content.

I choose not to believe the negative thoughts in my head.

My life has value and meaning.

My life is worth living.

I am grateful for everything I have in my life.

I am worthy of getting help and support.

I am whole and complete.

I appreciate my life.

I am in full control of my life.

I am proud of myself for getting through this day.

I am not broken.

I am enough.

I love myself.

I am grateful to be alive.

Everything will be okay.

Now that you have repeated those affirmations to yourself,

I want you to give yourself a moment to process them and notice how they make you feel.

This positive feeling is here for you to access whenever you need a boost.

This is One of the only two meditations you find when you search for the word hopeless. I have been using this affirmation recording every day for a week. It helped me right away, but I want it to be more permanent. They say if you repeat your affirmations twice a day, for 22 days, it creates a neural pathway.

"Hopeless" was so spot on just before stumbling onto this meditation. Your soft ethereal voice easily transcended me above & away from the "things" & "situations" I was being smothered under. My tears of sorrow turned to gratitude for the reminders I NEEDED TO HEAR !!! Bless & Thank You 🙏🪅🥰
