Hey,

I'm going to be repeating some positive affirmations for you to listen to and repeat whenever you are feeling lonely.

Many people have been struggling with loneliness over the past year,

But it's important for you to know that you can overcome this feeling.

It will require you to make a conscious effort to make a change in your life.

So you being here right now is an important first step to feeling happier and to stop these negative feelings.

By repeating these affirmations to yourself,

You will be changing your mindset from feeling lonely and unhappy to seeing that you can overcome this feeling and all of these hard times.

So repeat these affirmations after me,

Either to yourself out loud or in your mind.

I attract wonderful people into my life.

I attract relationships that build me up.

I attract people who have genuine love for me.

I deserve to have amazing people around me.

My family loves me.

My friends care for me and value my friendship.

I forgive others for hurting me.

I will learn to trust that people are not out to hurt me.

I am on the path to finding my community.

I am surrounded by people who love me.

I will seek out people who lift me up.

My future is full of laughter and happiness.

I am not alone.

I am loved.

Everything will be ok.

Remember that these positive affirmations are here for you to access whenever you need a reminder that you are not alone.

You have the power within you to change this feeling and you should be so proud of yourself for taking the first steps.
