Good morning and welcome to this morning visualization meditation.

Get into a comfortable seated position and have a stretch up to the sky and slowly sway from side to side to stretch your upper body.

Place your hands on your knees and roll your shoulders backwards three times to allow your muscles to release any tension.

Stretch your neck to the right and to the left and allow any pressure to leave your body.

And now take three deep breaths,

Bringing relaxation into your body with each inhale and releasing any stress with each exhale.

Noticing the rise and fall in your chest and your stomach as the air flows in through your nose and out through your mouth.

I want you to take a moment to close your eyes and visualize the perfect day.

Imagine that you are motivated,

Highly productive and ready to grab every moment of your life.

Ready to grab every moment of success.

Envision how this success would feel.

How success would feel within your body,

Within your mind as you are feeling proud and powerful.

Imagine how your life would feel if you stayed completely motivated,

Motivated all day and reached every goal that you set for yourself.

Focus on the positive feeling of motivation that is within you.

This feeling is there,

It's already inside of you,

You are already able to feel fully motivated and focus on achieving your goals and staying productive.

Allow yourself to access this motivation right now.

This motivation will help you to seize the day,

To stay productive and reach every single goal.

Your motivation is available to you,

Just focus on the feeling within you of strength that comes with this motivation.

I want you to release any negativity from your mind.

Stay focused on this motivated feeling.

Write down some goals and use this productive power that you have to achieve everything that you want to.

You have the strength within you and you have the power within you.

Take this moment to take a deep breath,

Feel fully calm and release any stress.

And make this your moment to start your day feeling ready for whatever will come your way.

You've got this,

You can do this.

Believe in yourself and make it happen.
