Breathing is a natural phenomenon, happening every moment, of everyday. It's easy and effortless just like meditation. Becoming mindful of the breath is amongst the most universal techniques, perhaps because it's so effective and accesible. This meditation is one of my personal favorites, as it transforms stress and emotional discomfort, bringing you into a deep state of peace, balance, and harmony. Listen repeatedly to feel more connected to yourself, others, and to life itself. Make it a daily practice and watch yourself transform!

Breathing Mindfully meditation by Tarika Lovegarden Breathing is a natural phenomenon happening in every moment of your life without you having to do anything.

Meditation is the same.

It's effortless.

Simply by feeling your breath,

You become mindful,

More focused,

Alert to the opportunities in your life.

To experience this,

Close your eyes,

Resting your hands on your heart center in the middle of your chest.

Take deep breaths,

Feeling your chest expanding as you breathe in,

Relaxing as you breathe out.

In this moment,

Your attention is turning inwards.

The energy that normally flows out towards people and activities is now available,

Bringing you back to yourself here now.

Becoming mindful of your breathing,

Taking deep,

Gentle breaths,

Feeling the energy of your breath flowing within your body,

Soothing away tension,

Built up energy releasing,

Relaxing into a natural rhythm of breathing,

Relaxing,

Feeling your breath taking you deeper inside,

Slowing down,

Becoming rhythmic without you having to concentrate on the breath.

You can be relaxed,

Loose.

The more you relax,

The deeper you go.

Feeling the pleasure in becoming mindful of your breathing,

The breath is finding a harmonious rhythm on its own.

You're not doing it.

Existence is breathing you.

Seeing your breathing as a happening without you having to do anything,

It comes into you,

It flows out of you,

Each moment making you more alive again and again,

Intensifying your awareness,

Breathing in,

Opening,

Feeling the breath giving you an infusion of energy,

New stamina,

Breathing out,

Receiving the calming qualities of the breath,

Giving you a greater capacity to handle the stress in your life,

Without making any effort.

Be alert to the energy that moves in the breath,

Without interfering,

The breath coming and going on its own.

While you are mindful,

Observing your breath,

Watching your breath is taking you deeper inside.

Being mindful of your breathing is calming,

Balancing,

Giving you greater power in life,

And at the same time space to relax with renewed resilience.

Take a deep breath and open your eyes,

Using the breath to become mindful each moment,

Reaping the rewards of an extraordinary life.
