Just taking a moment to get comfortable and you can close your eyes or lower your gaze and just begin to take some breaths into your body letting go on the exhale and just beginning to settle into your body and noticing any areas of tightness or tension maybe moving your neck allowing your body to soften and let go a little bit more with every single breath allowing it to soften into the support beneath you allowing yourself to be held from below breathing,
Letting go,
Softening and arriving into your body in this moment and now from up above imagine a white light coming down a cleansing,
Clearing,
Releasing white light and just feeling that light come into the crown of your head moving down your face,
Into your throat,
Your shoulders,
Your arms into your body,
Your hips,
Down your legs really clearing,
Cleansing,
Supporting you to let go of anything that you no longer need feeling that light absorb it,
Transmute it and take it down into the earth to be composted and feeling it go down through all the layers,
Right down to the core of the earth and at the core feeling it fuse together with mother earth's supportive,
Nourishing,
Grounding energies and then feeling that light come back up through all the layers back up into your feet,
Moving up your legs,
Past your hips into your body,
Breathing it in all the way up to your throat and your face,
Up to the crown of your head and just breathing it into the whole of your body,
Down your arms,
Into your hands bringing it into any places that might need a little attention or some softening or support and just allowing yourself to be filled up,
To be supported from above and below and as you breathe in that light,
Just begin to feel it expanding outwards into your energy field creating this bubble,
This bubble of holding,
Support and safety for you so that you can feel comfortable exploring and deepening into your essence,
Your truth so just allowing that bubble to be there,
Breathing into it and making it as big as feels good for you today and now from within your bubble,
Inviting your body to guide you,
To show you where is your frequency,
The root of your unique frequency and just inviting your body to take you there,
To show you in some way where it's root is just beginning to notice what you feel and so bringing your awareness to wherever it is that your body is showing you bringing yourself into your body,
Getting closer and as you do,
You begin to notice a cave and you feel this cave beginning to open up and this is a frequency cave,
A cave that carries your unique frequency,
Your essence so just allowing yourself to go into it,
To get closer and just taking a moment to look around,
To feel it,
Maybe you hear it beginning to notice your unique frequency cave as you sit in this cave,
Inviting it to show you more of your unique frequency,
What is only yours allowing it to get stronger,
Allowing yourself to feel it,
To experience it more fully and how would you describe your unique frequency?
And does it have anything it would like to share with you?

And so just spending a few more minutes with your frequency,
Really feeling it,
Letting it lead just getting to know it and knowing that this is just the beginning you can come back here and connect to your frequency,
The root of your frequency at any time and just breathing it in for now,
Feeling it deeply and then just slowly beginning to draw that energy in holding it in your body as you start to bring yourself back into the physical and just becoming aware of your edges the temperature of the air any noises around you and bringing in some gentle movement,
Maybe some stretching and when you feel ready you can gently bring yourself back and just taking a moment to maybe journal on anything you'd like to remember about your unique frequency and if it feels good inviting you to come back and connect to it regularly so you can get to know it and let it lead
