Your power lives in your body, not as force, but as a living presence waiting to be felt. This guided visualisation invites you to soften, ground, and open to the essence of your own embodied power. You’ll call in its energy and explore how it wants to show itself to you. With spacious pauses and prompts throughout, you’ll have time to truly connect — to sense, listen, and feel your power in your own unique way, perhaps as a colour, a sound, a tree, or an animal. Through this sensory journey, you’ll begin to recognise your power as something alive and trustworthy within you. Breathe it in. Let it root and radiate through your body. A practice to help you meet your power intimately and bring more of its truth into the world. Photo by Atharva Whaval on Unsplash Music by Music of Wisdom
