And just start to take some deep breaths into your body.

And so just putting everything that's happened in your day so far to one side.
Knowing that you can come back to it later.
Breathing into your lower belly.
Allowing it to soften.
And breathing into your hips.
Allowing them to relax.
And feel supported by whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on.
And breathing into your shoulders and your back.
And just noticing any areas of tightness.
And on the exhale just allowing it to soften a little bit more.
Unclenching your jaw.
Allowing it to relax.
And perhaps leaving a little gap between your upper and lower lip.
And softening your brow.
And point between your eyebrows.
Letting it relax and soften as well.
And just breathing.
And being present in your body.
Noticing any areas of tightness and bringing breath to them.
Just observing without judgement.

Allowing yourself to be held.

Now from up above imagine a copper light.
Falling in through the crown of your head.
This copper light going down past your third eye.
Down your throat,
Your shoulders.
Into your heart space.
Down past your belly and your hips.
Down your thighs,
Your calves.
Into your feet.
And down through the soles.
To a few inches below into your earth star chakra.
And just breathe that in.
And feeling that light connecting you from up above down to your earth star chakra.
This anchor point.
Which holds you,
Connects you with all other beings.
Connects you to mother earth.
And just really breathe into it,
This point beneath your feet.
Allowing it to draw your energy down.
Allowing it to anchor you.
And just breathing into this space,
This chakra.
And just noticing how does it feel to you.
And what's the energy like?
Is there a certain colour?
Perhaps a temperature?
Just noticing what you notice.
And with your earth star chakra.
And now in your earth star chakra,
Imagine a glowing light.
And as you breathe into it,
Allow it to get bigger and brighter.
Feel that light expanding with each breath.
Holding you here on earth.
Your anchor point.
Your body a bridge up to the heavens.
And just breathing into this light.
And allow yourself to give it anything you don't need.
So that it can come past and transmute it.
And as you breathe in,
You can also draw out this supportive nourishing energy.
Feeling yourself up from down below.
Breathing and filling up.
And as you breathe in,
You can also draw out this supportive nourishing energy.
And keep filling up.
Feeling that connection.
This nourishing support available at all times.
