
A Regression To Deepen Self-Trust

It also takes you on a journey back in time to other versions of yourself (in childhood and another lifetime if relevant) to see if there's anything that needs to be healed and released when it comes to trusting yourself more. And closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and just beginning to get really comfortable allowing your body to settle into whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on.
And just beginning to breathe into your body,
Letting go on the exhale.
And just beginning to draw your attention inwards,
Letting anything that's happened in your day so far go to one side,
Knowing you can come back to it later.
And with every breath,
Just letting go a little bit more,
Allowing your body to soften,
To let go,
Arriving into the wisdom of your body in this moment.
Breathing into your feet and your legs,
Letting them be heavy and supported by the ground beneath you.
Breathing into your hips,
Your pelvic area,
Letting it soften,
Letting it relax and let go.
Breathing into your back,
Feeling any tension begin to soften and to fade away just a little bit more,
Allowing the muscles in your back to be held and supported.
Breathing into your shoulders and your arms,
Your hands and your fingers,
Letting them be heavy.
Letting go,
Releasing.
Breathing into your chest and your heart space,
Letting this part of your body soften and feeling the breath moving inside your lungs.
Breathing into your head,
Your face,
Letting your jaw soften and relaxing your brow.
Just notice if there's any way you're holding on,
And bringing breath in,
Allowing it to soften,
To let go,
To release just that little bit more,
And just deeply arriving in your body.
And from this place,
We're going to begin to connect with trust.
Times when it wasn't safe to trust yourself,
Maybe when you feared trusting yourself,
Perhaps something happened when you did trust yourself,
Anything at all that rises when it comes to trusting yourself in any way.
And so we're going to take a journey to your childhood to see if there's anything there that needs to be held and released.
And so now,
I invite you to imagine that you're walking down a beautiful green staircase.
With every step down,
You're being taken deeper and deeper into the wisdom of your memories,
The wisdom of your past.
And so going down the staircase,
Down,
Down,
Down,
And you reach the bottom.
And at the end is a green corridor filled with doorways.
And one of these doorways is drawing you towards it.
And there's an experience behind it that has something to show you when it comes to trusting yourself,
To trusting your way.
And so you begin to walk towards that door,
Feeling yourself drawing even closer.
You get there.
And in a moment,
You're going to open it.
And you'll find yourself in a scene or a body of an experience earlier on in your life.
And so just beginning to open that door.
And on the count of three,
You'll find yourself in that experience.
One,
Two,
Three.
You are there.
And just beginning to let it come into your awareness,
Noticing what's around you,
Where you are,
When you are.
What age you are.
Just giving you a moment to let it really come into your awareness.
And what's happening?
What were you experiencing?
And if you need to move forwards or backwards in time,
You can do that very easily.
Just allow yourself to receive the messages for why you're here.
What was going on?
And how does it relate to trust and trusting yourself in some way?
Receiving the guidance from this experience,
Connecting with this younger version of yourself and what happened to them at this time.
And as you connect with this experience,
What did this younger version of you need to hear or know?
How can you support them in some way to really help them let go of this experience so that they can move forward trusting themselves or whatever it is that they need right now?
You can ask this younger version,
Or maybe you just know intuitively.
Or if there's nothing that comes,
You can always bring in love,
Support and holding.
So giving you some time now to really do this and then bringing in what that younger version of you needed to really support them to let this go.
And now,
Is this younger version of you feeling any different?
What do they need to hear?
Is there anything else?
And so just taking a moment to say goodbye before we move on to another experience,
Thanking this younger version of you for all that they held and did,
Letting them know that you're there if they ever need,
If that feels good to you today.
And before we go,
Maybe this younger version of you would like to be left with an angel or another creature or being,
And just finding out and leaving them with this support to hold,
Love and be with them.
And so now,
Drawing this part to a close,
We're going to travel even further back in time to another time,
A place,
An experience where there's something else for you.
Perhaps a root cause,
Maybe just another time,
But there's something else to show you,
To heal,
To release,
To clear when it comes to trusting yourself deeply and fully in some way.
And so just finding yourself back in that green corridor,
And this time there is another door calling you,
A door that goes even further back to an experience,
A place,
A time where you will receive something else.
And so walking towards that door,
Feeling its pull,
Drawing you there.
And again,
On the count of three,
You'll find yourself moving through that door and entering the experience,
The time or the place.
One,
Two,
Three,
You are there.
And so once again,
Beginning to arrive,
Letting it come into your awareness,
And just noticing,
Are you in a body?
Can you look down and see?
What's going on around you?
Do you see any other people?
Just beginning to really take it in and see where you are.
And however you experience it is perfect,
It might not be visual and that's always fine.
And so why are you here?
Why have you been drawn to this time?
And again,
You can move forwards or backwards to where there's something for you.
Just allow yourself to be guided,
To know,
To understand why you've been brought here and how it connects to trusting yourself in some way.
And just being with this version of you,
This past version,
What did they need to support them at the time?
What would have helped them?
We can rewrite it now,
We can change it,
Giving this version exactly what they needed to help them trust themselves,
To remind them why they need to trust themselves.
It can be beings,
People,
Love,
Support,
Something else.
Just find out what this version needs so that they can move forward,
Deeply trusting themselves,
Shifting your timeline.
And so taking a moment to connect and find out what this is,
And then inviting you to give it to them.
And I'll give you a few minutes now to do this.
And so now how does this version of you feel now that you've helped them to rewrite it,
To support them in the way that they needed?
Is there anything else that they need to hear or know right now?
So now we're going to invite in a green angel of love,
Harmony and trust,
Inviting this green angel to be with this version of you and to support them always so that they know they can trust themselves and be loved and supported in doing so.
And so just feel this green angel coming in to be with this person,
Supporting them and holding them,
Shifting your timeline as well.
And now it's time to move on from this experience,
Thanking this version of you for sharing all that they did,
Feeling the safety of the green angel there,
Knowing you can trust yourself moving forward.
And so just beginning to leave them and finding yourself back in the green corridor,
I'm going to slowly walk up those stairs and find yourself back in your body,
Finding yourself connected deeply to your intuition or the parts of yourself that know you can trust them,
The parts that are here to guide you.
And so walking up those steps,
Back up into your body,
The wisdom of your body,
And just feeling yourself landing back in your body,
Connected to that inner wisdom,
Intuition,
Your truth,
Wherever it comes from for you today.
We're just going to ask a few questions as you connect to this inner wisdom that you carry.
What do you need to know when it comes to trusting yourself?
And why is your way of being or doing things so needed at this time?
And what can you do to support yourself if things feel hard or you stop trusting yourself in any way?
And how can you trust yourself even more on a daily basis?
And do you have any questions you would like to ask?
Just holding space for you to do that now.
And is there anything else you need to know before we draw this experience to a close?
So now just thanking the wisdom of your body,
Your intuition,
Your wise inner self that knows,
And slowly beginning to draw this experience to a close,
And just beginning to breathe more deeply,
Allowing the breath to bring you back into your body in this physical moment.
Beginning to feel the temperature of the air on your skin,
Your skin against the surfaces.
And starting to bring in some gentle movement and some stretching.
And when you feel ready,
You can slowly bring yourself back into this space,
Opening your eyes,
And just take a moment to journal on anything that you would like to remember moving forward.
