This is a great spirit guide meditation. Some are very repetitive and similar but this one is different and quite lovely. I really like the little third eye activation in the beginning and the affirmation bit by the stream. It put me in a gracious state of mind and massaged my heart chakra a little bit! ♥️ I’ve struggled so often to imagine my guide and what they look like but with this meditation I saw her very clearly. She was a woman with white shoulder length hair in her mid 50’s, maybe 60’s. Very cool. Thanks for this wonderful meditation. I really enjoyed it. Much love to you. Namaste. 🥰

This meditation is just lovely and balancing. I really enjoy her meditations but this one in particular completely opened me up to a guide I been searching for a very long time. I also wanted to leave a side note. Meditations are only as good as the persons voice and how they combine with the music in the background work in unison.
