Make sure you're in a very comfortable position during a time where no one or nothing will disturb you.
You want to be able to fully let go to enjoy this experience.
Take a nice deep breath in,
And as you breathe out,
Close your eyes.
Know that during this guided meditation,
You are 100% protected by your prayer,
Your higher power,
Your loved ones,
Your angels,
Your guides,
And ancestry.
Repeat to yourself now,
I am protected.
You will begin to release any tension in the body,
Along with any fears and blockages.
Begin to think of your forehead,
And feel any tension melting away here.
As you breathe and relax,
Your fears are beginning to melt away already.
Anything that comes to mind that holds you back begins to drift away,
Far into the distance.
Allow for your eyes to soften,
Becoming very relaxed.
Anything that you see in your life that is keeping you from success,
Let it go,
See past it.
And with every word you hear,
Allow for the tension to melt away in your body.
And become aware of anything that holds you back from connecting to spirit.
Say to yourself or out loud,
Is there anything that is holding me back from connecting to spirit?
Whatever you experience is perfectly fine.
Just witness what you are being presented with right now.
And now,
Imagine your ears.
They are the pathways to hear messages.
Notice how your ears are opening up to the divine source of information.
Are there any messages that you need to hear right now?
Quiet the mind and listen.
You know that your intuition will guide you in your highest good,
Showing you all the things you need to do and the path you need to take to succeed in all you do.
Notice now again on the forehead,
In between the eyebrows,
And a little bit up.
This is your third eye,
The location of divine visions.
Say to yourself now,
I allow divine vision.
And experience whatever visions you are having right now.
Moving your awareness again to the eyes.
And as you focus on your eyes,
Say to yourself,
It is through dreaming that I connect to spirit.
Begin to witness the dreams you may have with this heightened intuition of yours.
Now we will meet the divine.
Imagine you are walking through a dense forest.
The air around you is crisp and refreshing.
You can feel the spongy forest floor beneath your feet.
All around you,
You are surrounded by nature.
The trees are growing high into the sky.
You cannot even see their tops.
Beautiful ferns lying the forest floor.
It is so beautiful here in this ancient magical forest.
The sound of a trickling stream catches your ears.
You can tell that it is nearby and that you are drawing closer with each step.
The stream comes into view.
It is beautiful.
The sun is shimmering,
Reflecting on the moving water.
Sit by this little stream for a while,
Listening to the birds and the sounds of the forest.
As you enjoy this nature around you,
Repeat these affirmations for gratitude.
I am grateful for all that I am.
I am thankful for all that I have.
I appreciate everyone I know.
Each day,
I am more grateful for the opportunities in my life.
I am grateful for my abundant life.
I am grateful that I can give to others.
I am grateful that I can receive from others.
I am thankful for my good health.
I am grateful for my balanced emotions.
I am grateful for all the good food that I have in my life.
I am grateful for nature and all its oxygen and beauty it provides.
You can hear the stream trickling by.
It is so relaxing.
You notice a couple of rocks through the stream that are perfect for stepping across.
Make your way across these rocks,
One foot after the other.
Focusing the sound of the stream at your feet.
You make it to the other side and you see in front of you a pathway lined with crystals.
The crystals seem to be glowing from an unknown source.
As you walk down this path,
You feel the energy of the crystals surrounding you,
Guiding you to meet your spirit guide.
Not only do you feel the energy of these crystals,
You can almost hear their vibrations.
They are singing in a chorus for you.
Each step you take down this path,
You are growing more and more connected to spirit.
Walking along the soft path,
Growing more and more grounded to Mother Earth.
The song of the crystals is becoming louder now.
They are singing in harmony.
A beautiful hum is surrounding you,
Pushing you towards exactly where you need to be.
As you reach the end of your path,
There they are,
Your spirit guide.
They are standing in a circle of crystals.
What do they look like?
They slowly lift their arm,
Reaching their hand open palm towards you.
You instinctively know to place your hand in theirs.
When your hands meet,
The forest around you vanishes.
You and your spirit guide are standing at the bottom of a beautiful staircase leading up.
Notice what do the stairs look like for you?
And what do you feel you will find as you rise up them?
Begin walking up the stairs with your spirit guide leading the way.
And as you walk,
You begin to think about your loved ones.
People in your life who make it better.
Those who smile at you and who you smile back at.
Think about people who you have helped.
Recall these memories of feeling joy while connecting with others.
As you arrive at the top,
You have reached the gates of heaven.
Take a moment and look around through the clouds.
You feel the familiar vibration of unconditional love and healing all around you.
Let this wonderful feeling of love surround you and permeate every cell in your body and every level of your awareness.
Say to yourself,
I am ready for divine guidance.
I am ready to meet my higher self.
I am ready to feel the love from the ones I care about.
I am ready to meet my angels.
I am ready to meet my guides.
I am ready for a powerful ancestral healing.
You begin to see all of your loved ones have gathered here to see you.
Pets you have loved and who have loved you.
Family members.
Spirit guides.
Angels.
And ancestors.
They are all here for you.
If you find there is one person that you want to speak to,
Ask for them to be present right now.
Tell them you miss their physical presence.
If there is anything that you need to apologize for,
Say all those things right now to this person.
If there is anything you need to forgive,
Allow yourself to heal those wounds.
You may speak those words unspoken and receive messages of healing.
Listen quietly for their message of love.
They forgive you and they extend you compassion.
And with this person present,
Ask them to continue to watch over you and guide you through the power of your intuition.
You may ask them to speak to you in their own way,
Sending you messages of their presence in your daily life.
In this pure moment of expanded spiritual awareness,
We are going to create an anchor,
Which simply means something you can do easily now and anytime in the future that will bring you back to the sensations of this moment.
So what I'd like for you to do is imagine the color white and allow for the color white to represent the spiritual realm.
And know that whenever you see the color white,
You will be connected to the divine,
Able to hear any messages from the spiritual world.
Imagine the color white and know that whenever you see the color white,
You are connected to all there is,
Your higher self.
When you see the color white,
You know that angels are protecting you.
And when you see the color white,
Wherever it may be,
You are connected to your ancestors and they are guiding you towards your best life.
Use the power of this anchor,
The color white,
To remember this vibration of unconditional love.
And whenever you are sad and missing these people who are in the spiritual realm,
Just find that color white and know that they are there with you.
Now say your goodbyes to this person you love deeply and all others waiting in the spiritual realm.
Your spirit guide approaches you once again and holds out their hand.
It is now time to leave.
Feeling so complete and so well and whole from this experience,
Walk back down the divine stairs.
Walking through the pathway now lined with crystals,
Your guide waves you goodbye and wishes you well.
You are passing by the stream now.
Stand for a moment here and reflect.
Take a moment to thank your loved ones,
Your ancestry,
The angels,
And say thank you for their divine guidance.
Send them in your life to continue to guide you spiritually,
Emotionally,
And physically.
Whenever you are ready,
Return to the present moment and open your eyes more connected to the spirit than ever before.
