This brief contemplative exercise, derived from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is designed to evoke values identification through perspective-taking. The viewer will be invited to reflect upon a few questions regarding someone they admire as a means of uncovering one's own values, which can orient us towards the life we long to live.
