Welcome to your self love meditation with Phoebe Ganswathy.

To begin close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

We're going to slow your breathing right down,

Very gently.

Let's take three long breaths in and out together.

Gently inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4,

5 and exhale for 1,

2,

3,

4,

5 and inhale again 2,

3,

4,

5 and exhale 2,

3,

4,

5 and a last big breath in 2,

3,

4,

5 and exhale 2,

3,

4,

5 and then just come back to normal breathing.

Take note of how calm your body becomes from just this simple breath of inhaling and exhaling.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra and as you imagine this point on your body envision a line that moves down through your whole body.

This is your center line,

The core of your energy and as this line draws from the top of your head down to your feet it's going to provide peace and tranquility to your whole body.

So imagine this line is moving down behind the eyes now and your mouth and your neck.

It's completely relaxing,

Your shoulders,

Your spine,

Your arms,

Your entire upper body is completely relaxed.

Now this line is moving through your hips,

Your legs,

Your knees and your feet.

The line travels up and down gently from your feet all the way to the top of your head and as it does it provides an abundance of loving energy and it vibrates gently with soft waves of complete peace.

Just breathe that in and feel how incredibly relaxed your body and mind are right now.

Notice that it is you who has complete and total control over the relaxation of your body and mind.

You have the power to guide it and that's what you're doing.

You are guiding it gently to a state of utter harmony,

To complete bliss.

Breathe in and out gently as you allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.

Now that you're relaxed let us go on a journey together.

Feel yourself standing in a green jungle and there is a beautiful soft flowing stream of water in front of you.

The sun is high above you gently feeding kisses to your skin and the air blows around you cooling you down from the heat.

The stream of water in front of you is flickering over the rocks and it's calling your name.

As you walk closer you realize that the rocks the stream is flowing over are not rocks at all.

They're beautiful clear crystal quartz.

The sand reflects into the crystals and the water glazes over them creating a mirror before you.

You move closer to the stream and touch your hand into the water.

It's a pleasurable temperature not too cold not too hot just perfect.

With your hands in the water you lean over the crystals and look at yourself in the reflection.

It's the most beautiful image you have ever seen and you feel as though you are looking at yourself for the very first time.

You see a glowing light around your face and you feel a soothing vibration moving from within your heart.

Your eyes are twinkling the most beautiful color you have ever seen and as you smile you realize how warm kind and loving your smile really is.

You touch the reflection just to be sure that it is you and with great relief it is.

You laugh to yourself so happy with what you see.

I love myself you say out loud looking at yourself again.

I love myself.

You look deeply into your eyes and say to your soul thank you for always being with me.

You breathe gently looking at yourself in the reflection you touch your face feeling how perfect your skin is how lucky you are to be alive in this moment of time.

You realize that you are filled with so much love from within you can't help but keep smiling.

You feel energized and so excited to explore the world around you.

You are so blessed you are divinely looked after always.

You have everything that you need right now you are always enough.

Look into the mirror and ask your soul if there's any messages that you need to hear today.

Are there any words of advice that you need to know?

Take some time as you reconnect with the beauty within you.

You love yourself and you hold great respect for yourself.

You know how to care for yourself and you ensure that you do it at all times.

You take a small drink from the water of the lake and feel refreshed and revitalized.

You breathe gently knowing how perfectly timed your life is and how wonderfully you are looked after.

You are so loved everything is just perfect.

Everything is right on time.

Allow yourself to feel this beauty that surrounds you and when you are ready you may open your eyes.
