Welcome to your manifesting of your ultimate life meditation.

This is a creative visualisation where we are going to design the life that you wish to lead.

Let's begin by closing your eyes and taking five deep breaths in.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale out and another deep breath in and slowly exhale out and another breath in and exhale out and inhale and exhale and inhale and exhale.

As you breathe you are finding your body get very heavy,

You are feeling more and more relaxed with every inhale and every exhale,

Imagine the breath that you breathe in is swirling through your entire body from the moment it enters your mouth or your nose,

It goes up through the head,

Around the neck,

To your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

That breath is moving through your pelvis,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your feet and every time you inhale and exhale your body is getting more and more relaxed,

That breath is giving you peace,

That breath is harmonising your body and your whole body is completely and utterly relaxed.

I'd like you to imagine as if you were asleep in a beautiful big bed with soft pillows and warm blankets and the sheets are the most perfect fabric that you love,

Imagine that you are opening your eyes to the sounds of birds around you and the sun softly shining through the window,

You are in your home,

In your bedroom and you feel so safe,

Happy and excited for the day ahead,

You stand up and do a few stretches and you look into the mirror at how beautifully your body moves and how healthy you feel,

You rub your hands over your skin feeling how lovely and soft and smooth your skin is,

You look absolutely beautiful and you feel it too and you tell yourself so,

You smile,

You have so much love within you and it shows directly through your essence,

You move through your house,

Look around and what kind of house do you have,

What are the walls like,

The ceiling,

Is there any art on the walls,

Do you have any plants in the room and you walk to the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea,

There are big windows around you,

What's the environment outside like,

Are you looking at a beach,

Are you looking at some forest or perhaps it's your neighbour's house,

Take a moment to appreciate your surroundings,

Do you know what city you are in,

What country,

You take your tea and you sit down on your favourite chair just near the window and as you slowly drink your morning tea,

You have a pen and paper in front of you and you write down three things that you are grateful for,

I am blessed,

I am alive,

Today is a new day,

You look around your space,

This space that is yours alone that you have created,

You are living your dream,

You are so proud of everything that you have done to accomplish and achieve this,

You know it wasn't easy but you worked hard and all that discipline has paid off,

For right now you are sitting in your space feeling truly at home,

You breathe gently as you reflect over your day ahead and the things that you wish to do and you start to write a list of all these things so that you are organised and ready,

What things are on your list,

You finish writing the list and you put it on the table as you take another sip of your tea and slowly breathe in your beautiful surroundings,

There is nothing else for you to do right now except breathe and be at peace and take this moment in,

Take this feeling in of security and safety and freedom,

Feel the warmth of the sun come through the window as you gaze at your ultimate view,

There is nowhere else you need to be but right here,

There is nothing for you to do except be present and breathe and feel grateful for the life you have chosen and marvel in the fact that everything that you wanted has come to you,

Just sit and breathe this in,

This dream is coming to you very soon,

Life is happening for you and everything is going to just be perfect,

You have nothing to fear,

It's coming for you,

Let's take a few more deep breaths in as you feel this space and what it is that you wish to achieve,

You are magnificent beyond comprehension,

You are a divine beautiful soul who can accomplish anything you set your mind to,

I am a divine beautiful soul who can accomplish anything I set my mind to,

I have all the answers I need right now,

I am more than enough,

I know that everything I want is coming to me in the divine time and when you are ready you may open your eyes.
