So we're gonna start by having three or four big cleansing breaths,

Calling our consciousness from all the places,

It might be the to-do list,

Other people,

Other beings like pets,

Kids,

With our breath calling our consciousness from all the places that it might be right now and starting to call that light here into your body,

The heart center,

As you exhale letting all those pending matters just slip down your feet,

Dissipate onto the ground,

Another big cleansing breath calling the light of the universe around you,

Calling the light of the earth,

Of nature,

Filling you up with life force,

With akasha and exhaling all the pending matters onto the ground through the sole of our feet another big breath in calling the light from the center of the universe,

The heart of our Creator,

Calling that light through the universe to our crown,

Filling our body,

Every corner of our body and starting to feel our heart center,

The most beautiful bright light and now connecting with a breath cycle that feels good and comfortable as we become aware that when we breathe is light,

Is life force,

Is life itself that we are breathing in.

Now we're gonna start by slowly imagining,

Feeling,

Knowing there is golden platinum roots coming out of the tip of our tailbone and the sole of our feet.

Now allow those roots to start going wide and deep through the layers of the building you're in,

Through the layers of the cement and the streets,

Through the layers of the earth,

The town where you live in,

Starting to expand wide and deep,

As wide as you feel is right,

Deep,

Starting to encounter and meet the roots of the trees,

Intertwining with the roots of the trees that are connected all throughout the earth allowing your roots to continue to go wide and deep through the layers of the earth,

Encountering the deep waters of wisdom,

The waters that have been through every plant,

Every animal and every human that has ever walked the earth.

Allow your roots to keep going wide and deep,

Connecting with the fiery lava in the center of the planet,

Allow your roots to be nourished,

To become fertile by the power of the lava being fed by the minerals,

Being alchemized by the power of this fire,

Become resilient and powerful as they reach the center of this dear planet Gaia,

Reaching the center to her crystalline heart,

Allow your roots to firmly anchor onto the heart of this planet,

Feel and know that the heart of this planet,

Gaia,

Opens up with immense love and compassion,

Ready to receive your roots,

To receive your light,

Your medicine and now as you are grounded on the heart of Mother Gaia,

As you are grounded on the crystalline grid of the earth,

Visualized in the center of the universe,

The heart of our Creator,

Source,

You can feel,

Know and imagine the heart of the universe being this powerful,

Loving source of energy,

Life and love,

Unconditional love for all the creation,

Visualize,

Feel or know the power,

The warmth that resides in the center of our Creator,

For you,

For a lot of our sisters and brothers and for all of the creation.

Now with your breath,

Invite a stream of powerful light that individuates from the center of Source,

A stream,

A tower,

A portal of light that travels through the universe,

The planets,

The galaxies,

A powerful ascended master portal,

Stream of light,

Stars coming onto earth that brings with it the light,

The love,

The power,

The medicine that you are to the world,

Your unique consciousness,

Your unique being.

Allow this tower,

This stream,

This portal of light to be called by your heart.

Visualize it,

How stars coming into the earth and how your crown and stars tingling and open up to receive all the beauty,

The love and the power of the light that you are.

Allow that tower,

That stream of light to start falling onto your crown chakra,

Through your crown chakra with ease and grace,

Through your chakra channel,

Slowly,

Gracefully aligning,

Clearing,

Cleansing your chakra channel,

Activating your chakras with love,

Compassion and unity.

Visualize your crown,

How stars shining,

How stars growing as it receives the codes of love,

Compassion and unity.

Visualize this light now dropping onto your third eye,

Activating it with the codes of love,

Unity and compassion.

Now allow it to drop onto your throat,

Activating the codes of love,

Unity and compassion.

Visualize this stream of light,

This tower of light falling onto,

Through and around you.

Visualize,

Feel and know that your crown is shining,

Is activating so brightly around you,

This beautiful bright white light.

How your third eye is shining oh so brightly,

This beautiful purple indigo light.

How your throat is shining oh so brightly,

With the codes of love,

Unity and compassion.

And how with every breath you bring more of the light that you are,

More of the light of your higher self,

Through the universe,

Through the earth onto your crown.

As you start becoming the rainbow bridge,

Now allow this light to drop into the heart center,

Into the garden of Eden within,

Into the temple of the heart.

Visualize your heart center expanding,

Activating the codes of love,

Unity and compassion.

Allow the light to now drop onto the solar plexus with this beautiful bright golden yellow light,

Breathing the light onto the sacral,

Bring that light,

Allow the light of your higher self to drop now onto the root,

Oh so brightly,

Now allow this bright portal,

Tower,

Stream of light coming from the center of the heart of our Creator,

Pouring down onto your crown,

Through and around you.

Allow this light now to go down through your legs,

Through your chakra channel,

Onto the earth grid.

Visualize your roots,

Your feet anchor onto the crystalline grid of the earth and with every breath start pulling down more of that light that you are,

More of that love that you are.

Become the rainbow bridge.

You are bringing heaven to earth.

You are bridging heaven and earth.

You are bringing love to earth.

You are bringing compassion to earth.

You are bringing unity to earth.

You are the master.

You are the light worker.

You are the rainbow bridge.

We are bringing heaven to earth.

And as I repeat these words with every breath,

Bring consciously more of this light through you onto the crystalline grid of the earth.

I anchor heaven to earth.

I anchor love to earth.

I anchor compassion to earth.

I anchor unity to earth.

And visualize all the grid around you starting to illuminate,

To shine oh so brightly.

See the light of your tower become bigger and brighter and wider with every breath.

And allow it to go as wide as you feel right,

Affecting those around you.

Visualize your projecting a light directly onto the places of war right now.

Imagine it just pouring light,

Pouring love,

Shimmering codes of love,

Unity and compassion falling around this land.

Like particles of love and light,

Like shimmery glitter falling.

Akashic codes falling,

Being directed from all of our hearts,

Seeing how the light washes away the heaviness and brings up.

I will stay here for a couple of minutes sending your light and if there is any place within your body,

Within your world that needs this light as well,

Visualize this shimmering beautiful rain of coats washing away what needs to be washed away,

Trusting that the power of your light and these coats would alchemize in a second everything that it touches and so it is.
