Healing The Masculine Lineage With Breathwork

The masculine energy connects us, links us with abundance, and with a mission-aligned job, relationships, and opportunities of all sorts. It connects us with our own personal power to be able to push what we need to push in or out to make our dreams come true. This energy allows us to speak our truth without any fear, and to accept who we really are underneath the pain and resentment, for these energies are here to teach; but not for us to cling onto them and so we can reclaim our power.

Reclaim all the gifts that come from the masculine image.

To reclaim wealth.

To reclaim abundance.

You have come here to create the life that you deserve no less.

Start sitting down or laying down and start connecting with your breath.

Your beautiful breath that represents and sustains your life,

With every inhale become conscious that you are breathing not just air but also light coats,

Golden particles of light coming from the center of the galaxy.

Coming through the stars,

The planets and the galaxy to infuse your body and your life with more light.

So with every inhale allow more of this beautiful light to come into your body,

And with every exhale allow for any heaviness,

Any hard experiences throughout the day,

The week or even the months and the years to be released back into the universe.

Visualize it as some gray energy,

Some sticky energy.

It can have a color or a word and as you exhale allow that to go back to the universe and say thank you for the lessons but you're not longer serving a higher purpose.

Light coats,

Fill your lungs and your body with this beautiful golden light coming from the center of the galaxy.

Come conscious that with every breath you're breathing life force and light coats.

And when you are feeling lighter and lighter keep inhaling light and exhaling even with a big sigh anything that is not longer serving your higher purpose.

You can imagine his heart filled with this warmness,

Stillness like a beautiful golden twister of light that comes from the center of the galaxy making its way all the way through the universe to find you,

His divine child.

And as you allow these golden particles to pour down onto you,

This beautiful flower opens with such a trust to receive these golden particles,

The most clear water you have ever seen and start making your way to the center of this lagoon where there is a beautiful crystal rock waiting in the center for you to take your rightful place,

You are the one your lineage has been waiting for,

You are the one that has been called to this healing,

You are the one that holds the power within to elevate your life and the life of your lineage and as you're resting in the center of these sacred waters you're gonna look through the trees and you're going to start visualizing all the lights of the masculine lineage coming forward,

I needed you to be there to protect me,

I needed you to hug me to tell me that you love me daddy,

I miss you so much and I am angry for the moments that you were not here when I needed you the most,

Allow him to put his warm big arms around you and hold you,

Allow him to connect eyes with you and cry together if you have to and now you're going to start breathing into your belly and then into your chest and then you're going to exhale into the belly,

With your mouth open allow all those memories of pain or trauma to go out of your body and dissolve,

Wiping your tears and holding you tight,

Then like a teenager and looking for that same love and support and tenderness around,

Visualize him coming to his dad,

Expecting tenderness,

Expecting support and sweetness,

Expecting protection and just looking around and maybe not finding any and then from this place you can realize that your dad gave you what he could,

That he held within him just few resources,

Maybe none,

Maybe your own father never really knew what it was to be held and touched by his own father,

Maybe he never knew what it was to be supported and encouraged as a teenager,

Maybe he didn't knew that at all,

So from this place of compassion realizing that our parents and our father are giving us what they got,

We can realize it come from a place of compassion and even though we would have wanted things to be different,

We can understand now that they didn't have the resources,

But here and now you can rewrite the story,

You can hold tight in your heart this memory of your dad energy holding you tight,

Having his loving warm arms around you,

Protecting you from anything and anyone,

So you never has to face again abusive relationships,

Emotional and available parent partners,

Abusive boss colleagues,

Being in friendships and relationships where people don't respect the boundaries and where they don't respect who you are,

Acceptance and because you can see him with different eyes,

Knowing that we sometimes want our parents to be superheroes,

But they're just humans living their human life with their own insecurities,

With their own pain and traumas,

But knowing that from this place,

From this new place of consciousness and compassion,

You can see the beauty within him,

A more elevated life with better partnerships,

With better relationships,

With better and much more abundance,

Where I can connect with the job of my dreams,

Where I can connect with my mission,

With that one thing that makes my heart shine,

For that is part of the masculine energy,

The masculine energy gets you closer to your mission on earth,

So as you let your father come into your heart with forgiveness,

Compassion and love,

You are reclaiming and you opening a door of pure magic into your life,

For abundance,

For healthy boundaries with others and you are reconnecting with the power that comes directly from the creator and as you look around now you see all your male ancestors smiling at you,
